Hanahaki Disease - (Japanese Folklore) A disease in which one coughs up flower petals as a result of unrequited love (one sided love). It can end in one of three ways; surgical removal, the victim dies, or the love finally reciprocates feelings. Each have their drawbacks, one being much worse than the others. That one being death.

It was early morning, and currently, Sapnap was up streaming with Dream. It was laid back, little screaming or yelling. Just talking.

They were discussing George and his upcoming moving in. They were both excited, as he would be arriving later tomorrow night.

From face value, you'd think it'd be good. The three friends were gonna be together!

Well, that was the case, up until a few months ago. Dream and George had gotten together then.

Sapnap was happy for them! He really was. The only thing that left a sour taste in his mouth, is that as he heard them together more and more, doing happy couple things, he couldn't help but feel resentment. He had no clue why.

Not to mention, just before that, he had started coughing up up flower petals. He found it odd, extremely odd. He'd never heard of this before -- Neither had the doctors he went to for it. It was a mystery.

So while Dream and George were having the best time of their lives, Sapnap couldn't help but feel a bit jealous. His sickness was getting a bit worse, but nothing too bad yet.

Nonetheless, Dream and George still included him in the regular activities they did. Minecraft, streaming, and just talking in general. Sometimes it just got to him though.

That aside, though, he was excited! He would see his third best friend for the first time ever in person, nothing could take that away from him-- right?

"It's getting late, Sap. We should probably head to bed. He have to be up tomorrow." Dream eventually pulled their conversation to halt.

"Yeah, that's a good point." Sapnap agreed, as he got ready to end stream with Dream.

Once they did, Dream quietly sat at the end of Sapnap's bed.

"Are you excited for tomorrow?" Dream asked, angling himself to face Sapnap.
