Meenakshi gained consciousness after an hour. The nurse came and informed Abir. Kunal, Nanu and Abir went inside the room to check upon her. She was remembering the past events and her eyes had filled with water.

Flashback

A little girl is wearing a white colour frock and was having her favourite chocolate cake. A boy, 3 years elder to her, came near her and pecked her forehead. She started giggling to that.
Another boy, 2 years elder to her, was trying to give her favourite barbie doll to her.

Meenakshi, Mehul, Rajesh and Paarul were standing with Nanu and observing them. Seeing their children, they were so happy that their eyes were filled.

Flashback ends

Meenakshi was brought out of her thoughts from Abir. He knocked the door to enter in and the nurse inside the room allowed them. She went out giving them privacy. Kunal, as soon as he saw Meenakshi, hugged her tight. She was caressing his hairs.
Nanu asked her well being and she told she was feeling alright. Abir was in tears too.

Though there were many misunderstandings between the mother-son, they never ignored each other. Especially in the case of their health. He squeezed her hand and sat beside her. Seeing Abir's tears, she hugged him to which he reciprocated.
He was going to enquire about the sudden stress, but remembering the doctor's words, he remained silent.

Later BP and others were also allowed. She replied calmly to them that she was fine and they didn't had to take tension. Mishti was with the doctor and Kaushal Mama checking the prescription.

Doctor: Unko zyada pareshaan mat kijiye. Unka BP bahut high hai. Wo kisi baat ko lekar bahut stressed hai. Ah.. Miss Mishti, aap psychology student haina?
Mishti: Jee doctor.
Doctor: Then why don't you handle her case..aapka practice hamaare hospital se hi shuru kijiye.
Mishti: Par doctor..mai..
Doctor: Dekhiye..ap unhe jaante hai, right? Then it'll be easier to deal. Ek baar sochiye. Anyways mai doosre psychiatrists ko inform karta hu, incase you don't accept.

Kaushal: Mishti beta, doctor sahi keh rahe hai..tum hamare family ko jaanti ho.
Mishti: Par uncle baat wo nahi hai.. psychology me patient ke mental health ke baare me unse sawaal pucha jaata hai..lekin aunty mujhse pehle hi naraz hai..
Kaushal: Narazgi ke wajah se tum kya doosre patient ko bhi aise hi chod deti ho?
Mishti: Aap bhi sahi keh rahe hai..chaliye ek baar mai koshish karungi. Kisi ajeeb admi ne kaha hai..ki life me 1% chance bhi mile na..usko chodna nahi chahiye..
She smiled as Kaushal patted her head.

3 days later

Meenakshi was discharged and she had come back to the RV Sadan. The doctor was attending her for some days and that was the day of her check up. Mishti was with the doctor. Seeing her Abir and Kunal gazed at each other.

Doctor: Mrs.Rajvansh..ab kaisa lag raha hai?
Meenakshi: I'm fine doctor.
Doctor: Ah..par aapke reports keh rahe hai, ki aap teek nahi hai. Aapko ye heart attack high BP aur stress ke wajah se hua hai..
Meenakshi: Jee..mai maanti hu ki mai stressed thi..par..
Doctor: Aapke beton ne to strictly kaha hai ki aapka mental condition bilkul stress free hona hai..to miss Mishti..aapko usme help karegi.
Mishti: Jee aunty. Aapko jo bhi problem hai..aap mujhse freely share kar sakte hai..
Meenakshi: Doctor mujhe koi psychiatrist ki zaroorat nahi hai..I'm not mad!

Mishti: Aunty...psychiatrist sirf pagalon ko deal nahi karte hai..jinko mentally bahut stress hota hai, aur time se so nahi paate hai ya khaa nahi paate hai, unko bhi hum treat karte hai. Doctor, aap bahar wait karenge please.
Doctor: Yes..all the best!
Mishti: Aunty..mujhe pata hai aap mujhse naraz hai..lekin ye mera pehla task hai. Aap jo kuch bhi problem face karre hai, wo mujhe batayiye. Hum milke uska solution dhoondh lenge.
Meenakshi: Mera problem jaanke tum kya karogi Mishti..tumhe kaise pata hoga..apne khoon ko khona kya hota hai..
Mishti: Abir to bilkul aapke saamne hai aunty..usko Naman ya wo Rajesh se kuch problem nahi hoga..
Meenakshi: Par meri beti!! Uska kya!?
Mishti was shocked. She thought she heard it wrong.

Mishti: Aapki beti..
Meenakshi: Haa meri beti! Meri AAROHI! Meri Aaru!
She sat on the bed and started sobbing hard. Mishti held her shoulders and supported her. Unknowingly, Meenakshi hugged her to which Mishti rubbed her hair. After calming her down and giving her water, Mishti sat beside her.

Meenakshi: Ek saal ki thi..jab uska birthday hum Rajkot ke bahar ke ek resort me celebrate karre the..apne chote chote haathon me ek bada sa chocolate cake piece leke chupke khaa rahi thi. Abir aur Kunal bahut chote the. Usko bahut pyaar karte the.  Wo bhi the jab..
She stopped seeing Abir and Kunal with Paarul who in tears. She widened her eyes seeing them.
They had come to check her out and saw her hugging Mishti and sobbing. Abir stopped Kunal from entering. And they heard everything.

Screen freezes on Meenakshi's shocked face and Abir's confused face.

How was the update!! It was a short one yet important.

Meenakshi and Mishti actually go well with each other! Even in the show, when Meenakshi stood as a support to Mishti in after lockdown episodes, was actually great! (During Varun and Ketki' marriage)

And..the third child is Aarohi! How's the name?
