**May's POV**
I didn't know what to think of this dance.
It's a formal dance.
I hate getting dressed up.
This is going to be fun alright!
**Two Months Later**
**Cody's POV**
The formal dance.
I looked over at May. She looked tired this morning.
(The end of the day)
I got my books from my locker and went to my bus line up.
Teachers didn't trust us to go out to ourbbusses ourselves.
May ran past me. She was on her way to drama pratice.
A few minutes later she ran back down the hall to her locker. She grabed her script out of it.
"May!" I yelled over at her.
She looked over at me and nodded.
She closed and locked her locker and walked over to me.
"Yes?" She said looking up at me.
"Well, you know that dance we're having at the end of the year, the spring fling?"
"Yes Cody, I helped to plan it."
"Well, I was wondering if.. You would go to the Spring Fling with me?" I scratched the back of my neck.
May's Cold glare faded to a smile.
"Yes, I will go with you." She smiled at me.
"Cody, I have to go now, i'm late for drama!" She said to me and she ran down the hall.
She turned around and waved bye to me. And like that, she was gone.
