Chapter Thirteen ; Slipping Away

Chapter Thirteen ;

I woke up early. Seeing out of the window Liam Zayn and Louis.

" shit. " I mumbled to myself. I didn't want Louis to know I was going out to the neighbourhood / city. He would freak and so would the others. Tatiana came into the room as soon as I was changed into my jeans and tank top.

"did you tell anyone?" I asked.

" no. No one knows Riley. "

" okay. Good. " I said with a sigh of relief.

" but it may had slipped out..." she adds quickly. My jaw drops.

" WHAT?!" I yelled. But she shushed me down because Chris and Daryl was still sleeping.

" TO WHO?!" I slightly raised my voice from my whisper.

"Zayn. Just him and I know. " she said gulping. I rubbed my temples and sat on the bed as I took my combat boots out from my duffle bag.

" why Zayn?" I asked as I slipped them on.

"can't say why. " she said looking down.

" fine. " I sighed and got up.

" he's going with you. " she says after I pack what I needed onto my belt. A knife, and a gun. I stopped to glare at Tatiana.

" Hell no. " I said as I passed by her to the bathroom. I opened the door and went to the mirror. I splashed my face as I hear the footsteps or Tatiana come over. I wiped the water off my face before she could say anything.

"yes. One person cant survive on their own. In this. " she said sternly. I knew that I was gonna be wrong so I couldn't disagree.

" fine. But I'm in charge.

" I said as i ties my hair up into a pony tail.

"okay. He's outside waiting for you he packed what he needed. And some food. Louis and Liam are just there. So ignore them and go. " she said. I nodded and gave her a hug.

" if i don't come back. Take care of them. " I said as I pulled away and went down stairs swiftly.

I went out of the house and walked up to Zayn Liam and Louis pretending that they weren't there at all. Just Zayn.

" ready?" I asked. He turned his body towards mine and looked up and down. What? Was he checking me out ? Like how about no.

"yeah." he finally replies and bites his lip. I rolled my eyes and turned around until Louis speaks.

" where are you two going?" he asks with a really weird facial expression as if he was disgusted to see both of us together.

"for supplies to hold up out barrier. " Zayn said coming out clean. I smack my forehead and mentally smacked Zayn's.

" what?! How come I wasn't informed of this?" Louis says coming close to me.

" I wasn't supposed to tell anyone until Tatiana told Zayn. " I said and turned around.

" I'm coming. " he says stepping in front of Zayn's and grabbing his gun.

" what the hell man?!" Zayn says taking it back and grabbing my arm.

" hey! Paws off. " Louis said and slapped Zayn's hand off my arm.

I rolled my eyes as they kept bickering. They didn't even noticed that I slipped out of they're hands to the road with Harry's car.
