Chapter One ;

We stepped out of the house and started walking down the road. I wore some shorts with fringes that hung down the edges, with a baggy Nirvana shirt that was tucked into my shorts. Superman converse on my feet as I walked along the sidewalk with Louis.

Yes Louis is my best friend. Ever since we were smaller. But since he got famous , in a band called 'One Direction' we never really talked in a while. But this whole month was the time where we finally got to hang out. Louis had a girlfriend throughout the last year of high school.

Eleanor Calder. She was beautiful. Everyone admired her. I was friends with her though, she disliked me. A lot. Especially around Louis. I did find out that they broke up just a week before school was ending towards the beginning of summer. When Louis finally visit. And when he finally said he liked me. It was sweet with a tendency of awkwardness.

We walked to the park while the sun kept shiny. It was my neighbourhood park , so not so many people. Today though, it was a ghost town. No one here as the win blew. We sat on the swings side to side and swayed with the wind. We talked and talked a lot. Soon afterwards the subject came on. About the band. And Zayn Malik.

Zayn Malik was a bad boy. But for my view he seems actually so sweet. When you talk to him , it was beautiful. He's so delicate with his words and how he acts all bad makes my heart melt. Yes I have a crush on him. But sadly , he had a girlfriend named Perrie Edwards.

Perrie Edwards too, was beautiful. She also was in a band ' little mix.' She met Zayn at the x-factor where both Louis and Zayn entered in. Although, they , one direction , won second place. With three other members whose names are , Harry Styles , a curly haired boy. Niall Horan , Irish. And lastly Liam Payne , just a regular guy who can't really spell. I've met all before Louis and I stopped talking for a while but now they are staying right , next , door.

Louis and I laughed remembering the things before we stopped talking. It was hilarious.

" I've missed you Riley. " he says after the constant laughing.

" me too. " you reply giving him a hug. Sweet and happy as I tuck my head on his neck. And we pull away. He gives me a sly smile. I know that smile. He needed to tell me something. Something he couldn't get his mind off.

"what ? " I asked playing with your fingers.

"nothing..." he say looking down and swaying a bit more.

" Lou, I'm known you since we both were in a womb ! TELL ME ! " I begged with my weirdness showing.

"Riley, you are so weird with your explanations. " he replies sarcastically shaking his head.

" just tell me !" I said punching his arm.

" ow ! And strong too. " he adds rubbing his arm.

"tell me Louis! " I said, this time serious.

He then grabs both your hands in his.

" I really like you Riley. " he said looking into my faded green eyes.

" I want to be with you. I know you don't have as much feeling for me. But will you give me a chance ?" he ask.

But I did have feelings for Louis , before Zayn and it was when Eleanor came into his life. But it was a small chance anyways. So I said yes. "Yes Louis !" I said happily. He then leaned in and kissed my lips. Soft, warm and tender to my taste. I knew he was going to protect me. But now I had hide my feeling for Zayn.
