She was in my dream all night. Nothing much, I just saw us hanging out. My memory was kind of blurry, which happens almost everytime that I have a dream, but I think we were in a park. It was a sunny day, the heat was pleasant and the little breeze was much appreciated. As to what we did, I do not remember much, just that we were walking around until we sat down on a bench, her sitting casually with her right ankle on her left knee and arms behind me while I was sitting with both of my legs glued together as I have been taught since I was a little girl. She was surrounded by that confident aura she always had. I do not remember any other details. But I liked that dream. I liked hanging out with her. I was looking forward to her text to set a date for us to go out together.

I kept laying in my bed for a solid 10 to 15 minutes until I saw the time and finally decided that it was time to get up and dressed. It was 9:32 a Sunday so I didn't dress like I did when I was going to school, instead I put some sweatpants, a sweatshirt and wore my hair in a messy bun. I checked Anna's room. She was still asleep. She didn't usually wake up before 11am during the weekends. I do not know how she did to fall asleep at night after waking up so late. That was and most likely always will be a mystery to me. I saw myself in the miroor and damn did I look like a mess right now. But who cared, I am staying at home today unless someone plans something and I do not really have a choice but going. I went to grab something to eat because, after all, "breakfast is the most important moment of the day", right ? I took a plate and a glass out of the cupboard and took something from the fridge and sat on the couch, turning the TV on to see what there was to watch. There was nothing that interesting so I focused on the news. There had been a murder somewhere far away from here. The woman had been attacked by a man as she was going back home. She was only 23 years old. She had her whole life ahead of her but a man took that away from her, her ability to ever find love, have children, succeed in life and be proud of what achieved. Pricks like him made me sick, disgusting people like him deserved a lifetime of jail. Worthless. That is all they were. It saddened me to see that kind of news. I could not imagine the pain of her parents, her family, maybe she even had a significant other. They must be distraught. Luckily, the next news was better. A person who was heavily sick was cured when everybody lost hope. It was a young man, in his early twenties. The doctors have no clue how it happened, they thought there was no more hope for him. They gave him two weeks top. It truly was a miracle. That made me smile, I was happy for him and his loved ones who must be relieved.

I continued watching the TV when I heard a car pull up in the driveway. A few seconds later my father came in through the front door, coffee cups in his hand.

"Oh, good morning, sweetie !
- Good morning, dad. I was wondering who it could have been, coming to the houseso early on a Sunday morning. I didn't notice the car was missing.
- It's OK. Is Anna still sleeping ?
- Of course she is ! What did you think ?
- Yeah, you're right, what was I thinking ? And your mom ?
- I didn't see her so I guess she's still in your bedroom.
- She must be. Anyway, I got you your favorite coffee. They were open today, which is surprising since it's Sunday, so I thought, why not go get some coffee ?
- I like the way your mind works ! Now give me my coffee please, stop making me wait !
- Alright, alright ! Damn, you are so impatient !
- Got it from you.
- Hey ! What do you mean by that ?
- Remember that time when we ordered pizza and you were so impatient that you called the delivery guy every 5 minutes asking where he was and if he couldn't be any faster ?
- Oh shut it ! I was starving and that was a one time thing. I even apologized when he arrived and gave him a tip for giving him such an attitude.
- There were so many other times when you were acting like a child waiting to open their Christmas present.
- Drink your coffee, missy !
- No need to tell me twice Captain.

We joked and laughed for some time when we heard steps on the stairs. It was Anna. She joined us, still half asleep her messy hair made her look crazy. She smelled the room, the coffee scent tingling her nose. She shot a look at my dad that said "And me ? Did you forget me ?".
