I step out of the car and fix my shirt, making sure I look presentable for Jeongin.

I take out my phone and dial his number; he soon picks up.

𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙇:

Chan: Hey Jeongin! Are you ready?

Jeongin: No.

Chan: Oh... I'm waiting outside your house.

Jeongin: Then wait until I'm done.

Chan: O-okay...

I hang up and sigh.

He still acts cold towards me, but I guess I deserve it.

For how much I broke him by dumping him, this is the least he could do as revenge.

At least he's giving me a chance, so I won't lose hope.

After a while, Jeongin steps out of his house wearing a white button-up shirt and black dress pants, a classic office worker look.

He walks towards and me and waves.

I wave back and smile, showing off my dimples, the feature that makes everyone fall to their knees once they see it.

Jeongin looks at me, unfazed by my charm, but I just clear my throat awkwardly and look away.

Chan: You look great.

I wasn't lying, he really does look good.

He must have been working out after our break up because the shirt seems like it's gonna rip if Jeongin decides to flex his muscles or something.

I wonder how his body changed from the last time we did it...

Jeongin: Thanks.

Chan: Have you been... working out recently?

Jeongin: Yeah, I almost got mugged by some thugs a year or so ago so I decided to work out so I can defend myself, or at least look like I can.

Chan: Why would you need to do that? You can just call me and I'll beat up anyone who messes with you.

Jeongin: You weren't there for the past 3 years, were you?

Chan: Uh- well, I'm here now. And I'll make sure to make up for everything I missed those years.

Jeongin: Okay, can we get going now? I'm gonna be late for work if we keep wasting time like this.

Chan: O-oh, yeah. Of course.

I open the door for him and he steps into the car.

I get into the driver's seat and start driving to his office.

Jeongin: Where are you going?

Chan: To your office, where else?

Jeongin: How do you know where my office is? Were you stalking me?

Oh shit.

I got caught.

Chan: Pfft, no. Why would I stalk you?

Jeongin: Then how do you know?

Chan: Uh- well, technically it was my friend that stalked you, not me. I just have the information.

His eyes widen and he leans closer to me while I struggle to keep my focus on the road.

Jeongin: What else do you know about me?

Chan: ...

Jeongin: Just tell me! It's not like I'm asking for someone else's information!

Chan: Everything...

Jeongin: What?

Chan: I know everything. Where you hang out, who you talk to, what you eat, what soap you use, what perfume you use, what movies you watch-

Jeongin: Don't tell me you have cameras in my house!

Chan: What- no! I'm not that shallow!

Wait a second- Changbin probably has a few installed in his house...

I'll ask him to take those down later.

Jeongin: So this is how you found my number and my address.

I look away from the mirror, not wanting to make eye contact with him.

Jeongin: Where is all of this information stored?

Chan: In that file next to you.

Jeongin: Can I look at it-

Chan: Ah! Would you look at that! We've arrived at your office.

I stop the car in front of the building and he steps out of the car.

Before he leaves, he motions for me to lower my window.

I lower the window and he leans in to tell me something.

Jeongin: Can you pick me in the evening? Things are rough right now and I don't think he'll be able to come.

Chan: Oh, sure. Anything for you~

I wink at him and he looks away, probably blushing.

Jeongin: Bye, I'll see you later.

Chan: Buh-bye~ Have a nice day at work!

After he leaves, I let out a deep breath and close the window.

Chan: How many more times do I have to do this for him to like me?
