everyone in the compound was running around prepping for the conference. steve, nat, bucky, and sam were setting up the chairs, thor and loki were checking to make sure all the mics were working, mj, ned, and shuri were putting out all the pronouns pins, including write in ones, t'challa and tony were approving all the outfits, peter and harley were talking with pepper, vision and wanda were keeping the people who were early entertained, bruce and clint were supervising the set up of the food, and wade was causing chaos.
"the chairs go like that dumbass."
"so what time does this start?"
"sibling, test that one!"
"do we have enough write ins?"
"i don't want to be here."
"no extreme pda."
"good enough."
"yeah, i can fly."
"STAB! DIE! BOO! BYE! HIYA BITCHES!"
"WADE GET THE FUCK OUT!" tony yelled. wade skedaddled out of there faster than flash after a hook up. pepper claps her hands and the team looks towards the sound.
"get your asses on the stage! wanda, get ready to open the doors. loki, no stabbing on live tv," pepper instructs. everyone complies, with only a little bit if grumbling and one broken finger (from nat to clint).
the doors open and thousands pour in. kids, adults, reporters, fans. security helps them all find seats, and 20 minutes later, it was time to start.
"hi, and welcome. we will be taking questions. try to limit cursing, and nothing super detailed for the sex life ones please," tony explained. the reporters muttered agreements and then the questions started.
thor pointed to a woman in a red sweater.
"yes? what is your question?" he asked.
she looked startled for a moment, but then quickly began talking.
"what is it like being a lesbian icon and working with michelle on educating people about lgbtq+?"
the group smiled, happy with the question.
"it's a lot of fun. i love doing it, for a few reasons. one being my best friend, valkary, is a raging lesbian, number two is the fact that my sibling loki is genderfluid and they like helping me," thor answered.
"next?" loki said.
"peter, harley, mj, ned. what's it like being the four most famous teenagers on the planet?"
"dafuq? what about me?" shuri mutters, pissed off.
"a lot of work," peter laughed. pepper laughed with him.
