We climbed the ladders for what felt like ages. I was tempted to look down, but each time I angled my head towards my feet, I felt the Doctor looking at me, as if he knew that if I looked down, I would lose my grip or something.

Though it took a while, we finally did reach the top of the ladders. We climbed a bit more up onto the platform above us, and we were met with a breathtaking sight.

We were in nothingness. Everything around was white, and that was all I could see for as far as I could see. The ground below us was also white, with no sign of the way we'd come from. The only thing there was besides the Doctor and I was a massive bell, about fie times my size, hanging right above us. A worn rope hung from the center.

I looked at the Doctor. "What now?"

"What do you think?" He took hold of the rope. "We ring it."

The Doctor took a firm grip on the rope and pulled it, side to side. A super loud, deep ringing filled my head. The Doctor said something, but there was absolutely no way for me to hear over the bell.

And then the nothing disappeared. We were falling down where the tower should have been, fast. The tower itself was crumbling, falling underneath us. The bell, being made of heavy metal, fell slightly underneath the Doctor and I.

The Doctor grabbed the rope that was still attached to the bell, which had turned itself upside-down in the fall. "GRAB ON!" I did as I was told.

"GERONIMO!!!!!!!!!"
