000. Dominic Carson was someone that Kiara had met during her kook year. And she had to admit he wasn't like the other kooks that she had met. Sure he was rich, he came from old money, had a big house, and wore designer clothes. But he wasn't a grade A asshole, and he didn't look down on the people from the cut just because they didn't have money. He was also very open about his sexuality, and he didn't care about what people had to say about it.
But it was still a surprise when he started slumming it with the pogues. I mean come on, a hot rich kid hanging out with a bunch of poor kids from the cut...it was weird. Especially when he was best friends with the kook king, Rafe Cameron. It was even weirder because Rafe was openly homophobic. But what pushed him to stop hanging out with the rich kids was simple.
