Basic information: You can engulf your entire body in flames. You can control how large the flames are but you can't choose a specific area for them to emerge from, it's all or nothing.
Limitations/Weaknesses: Producing the flames is similar to any other physical activity for you. It burns a lot of calories and although you've trained yourself to be able to endure it for long periods of time it's still difficult to produce large flames for more than a couple of minutes.
Backstory: You've been a full-time villain for roughly 10 years now but you've mainly acted as a henchman and stayed under the radar. But you decided you were tired of playing it safe, you wanted people to know your name. You wanted dramatic costumes and lavish riches. So you made a debut, you made chaos in Tokyo. Nothing awful but enough to catch the attention of a couple of pros.
