The Grimm Slayer(Rwby x Male reader)

The Legend Grows

The slayer and his group slept in the woods,in sleeping bags brought by them.

*Y/n's Nightmare*

He was hiding under the rubble of a destroyed home,watching as his father fought hard to protect his mother but his father was not a fighter. It wasn't long before the Grimm overwhelmed the father and killed him,ripping him apart as his wife suffered the same fate.  Y/n screamed and the Grimm looked in his direction and pounced,they ripped the rubble apart and tried to attack the boy. His dream cut to black.

*Reality*

The slayer shot up,the lover being woken up by his sudden jolt. She seemed confused and scared as his eyes betrayed his fear.

Y/n:I'm okay,just a dream.

She didn't seem convinced as the slayer stood,grabbed his helmet as he did. The lover grabbed her scroll and typed down on it.

Neo:Where are you going?

Y/n:Stress relief.

The slayer walked away,beginning his hunt.  We follow the boy as he makes his way through the woods,he eventually comes to a den. He walks in,both eyes glowing as he looks around to find himself a target. A beowolf lunged at the slayer and he jumped back while slicing at it's throat,the cut was deep as the beowolf dropped.

Y/n:Hehehehehe.

Another beowolf tried to attack,it was smaller but the slayer grabbed it by the throat. He slammed the cub into the wall and took his weapon he drove the sword through the chest of the small wolf,it struggled as he smiled.

Y/n:Whine for me,WHINE!HAHAHAHAHA!

His laughter drawed more beowolves to him,the rest of the pack now snarling at him. He smiled as he threw the disintegrating corpse of the Grimm at the rest of them.

Y/n:Ready to be slaughtered?Hehehehe.

The slayer dashed into combat,slashing the eyes of the closest beowolf. It jumped back while shaking it's head in pain,trying to see again. The slayer threw a knife into the mouth of the blind wolf as he dashed towards another. It tried to bite at the slayer's neck but he smashed his shield into the side of the beowolf's face,causing it to be flung to the ground. The slayer jumped over the knocked down wolf and onto another. He took it down and stabbed it through the heart,killing it.

Y/n:HAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S NUMBER FOUR,WHO WANTS TO BE THE FIFTH?!

One lunged at the slayer,he ducked under the attack and elbowed the beowolf in the stomach. He then slashed at the legs,making them useless to it. The beowolf fell and the slayer stood and looked down at it as the other beowolves seemed to be stunned that this was taking place.

Y/n:WE HAVE A WINNER! HERE'S YOUR PRIZE!

The slayer brought his weapon down and the wolf struggled before giving into the cold embrace of death,the slayer stood and looked at the other beowolves and how they were running out of the cave. He ran after the three remaining wolves and threw knives into the sides of two before stabbing down into the knee of another with his sword.

Y/n:Now,now. You're the monster here,no running from your prey!

The slayer took his time stabbing into the body of the wolf he caught,he then turned his eyes to the remaining two. His glowing red eyes matching the glow of the Grimm's. He began to slowly walk to the grounded Grimm,their desperate attempt at escape not gaining them a chance of survival. The slayer laughed and smiled as he killed them both,after which his group showed up to find him. Lead by the Lover,the group saw The slayer. He looked to them and began to walk in their direction.

Ruby:What are you doing out here at night?

Y/n:What my title says I do.

Jaune:Neo woke us up to come find you after you ran off,you haven't done this since we first started traveling.

Y/n:I needed it,it's how I deal with my problems.

Nora:That doesn't sound like a healthy way to deal with trauma.

Y/n:It's most likely not but it's my way.

The lover walked over to The slayer,he took his helmet off to look at her and she slapped him. The others gasped at The slayer rested his hand on the place where he was slapped,The lover then took out her scroll and typed onto it.

Neo:You promised me you wouldn't leave to do this alone anymore.

Y/n:You let me go so you could ridicule me,didn't you?

Neo:No!

Y/n:....Of course not,I'm sorry. But,you could have came with me. I wouldn't have stopped you. Why didn't you come?

The lover looked down as she,reluctantly,typed on her scroll.

Neo:I wasn't thinking.

Y/n:I see,well,it's over now. If we're all ready,we should get moving.

Jaune:I'm still tired.

Nora:Me too.

Ren:Then,I believe more sleep would be beneficial.

Y/n:I agree. Let's rest a little longer,then we move.
