We were in a meeting room.Well this meeting room kinda remind me with TAPOPS HQ.I saw Kira in her hero costume.Well her one kinda badass bit.I bet she was more to hand combat due her quirk only chameleon.Hmm if her quirk was chameleon,that's mean she was can do what chameleon could do.Woah fantastic.I was glad niisan wasn't here otherwise he would interrogate everyone quirk here.

"Well,this drug is a kind of brain booster.Lets say it enchance your body motor skill.If non Quirk took it,their body would be like a Quirk people but the dangerous is that drug would corrosive the user body and make their brain definitely fried."Kira showed the result of the effect of the usage of the drug.
"Kira,where did you get this information so detail?"Gray asked her.
"Actually,theres only one people survive with this drug.A non quirk woman gain this power of CPH4 and she managed to control it..Lucy you can show to them,don't worry"Kira said.
