Chapter 26

Jane's POV:

I am still in bed. Last night was the craziest night of my life. Shawn and his Claura. I can't believe he moved on. But what Lexi and Lucius told me last night caught me off guard.

Lexi: He didn't move on Jane. He could never. First of all they are doing this as a public stunt. And secondly Shawn needed someone. I swear if you would have been at my place and have seen his condition without you, you would have arranged him with someone. 

Lucius: And if you think he forgot you, that Claura doesn't even know his phone password. But I know. So one day I opened up his phone. There were only your pictures and not a single of Claura. His homescreen has your picture, his wallet has your picture. 

Lexi: Jane, I swear he was not in a condition to be alone. He tried to contact you in front of us. But there was no reply from your side. Now tell me is he still wrong?

Well I got out of my bed. The view of city from hotel is amazing. Yes, I am still here. Lexi stopped me. She wanted to spend more time. And it's not her fault. We are meeting after 14 years. This hotel room is just like 2BHK apartment. It has it's own kitchen too. Last night after having late night conversations, Lexi slept with me while Lucius slept alone in another room. 

I got myself into bathroom. Brushed and took quick shower. After getting ready, I was greeted by my two charms. 

Lexi: Good morning miss.

Me: Good morning both of you.

Lexi: Oh right. It's Jane. Always ready before time.

Me: Bingo.

Lucius: Now sit, I made the breakfast.

Me: I won't die eating this right?

Lucius: Nope you won't. Don't think that low of me. Lexi taught me everything.

Me: Good.

I sat and took a look at my breakfast. Without wasting time, I placed the spoon in my mouth.

Me: Hmm tasty, but taste like sex.

Lucius: Yeah I made her cum on your plate.

As soon as these words flew out of his mouth I wished to throw up.

Me: Ewwww

Lexi: Lol, he was kidding.

Me: Thank god. But I don't believe you.

Lucius: Don't be pussy. You can make dinner tonight. Shawn's gonna love it.

What the hell????

Me: Shawn?

Lexi: Oh right I am sorry. But it was originally planned that January 1, he will be with us for dinner.

Me: So I suppose this was the reason to make me stay.

Lucius: Jane, you remember what we said before you went to sleep?

Me: Get it. Can I see last night's pics?

Lexi: Yes those are in laptop.

Me: Fine.

I finished my breakfast and took the laptop. I went through all the pictures of me, the event, Lexi, Lucius and Shawn. But this time along with Claura. I never felt this heartbroken I am feeling now.

Out of all pictures I looked through, I thing caught my attention. I shouted.

Me: Lexi, where are you?
