~I could stay lost in this moment forever~
Aerosmith
"Chris, can we go out for a walk?" I asked my second oldest brother with the best puppy dog eyes I could. We were currently sitting on the kitchen counter and we were drinking a vanilla tea and playing chess while the rest of my brothers were out. Dylan and Alex had gone to the cinema with their friends, Aiden and Noah were in the company, as always ad Cole was upstairs, practicing his saxophone.
"No Neffie, the doctor said you are not allowed to walk too much, your lungs should not get tired" he said as he took another ship of his tea, and moved his bishop towards my king "Checkmate"
I groaned and leaned back on my chair, crossing my arms in front of my chest, pouting like a baby while Chris just chuckled "Don't be such a toddler, coniglietto. You will win the next round" (Bunny)
I rose my eyebrow and looked at him in disbelief. My brothers did not know me too well after all. "I know I will win someday Chrissy! But I wanna go ooooouuuut!" I whined and threw my head back, watching the ceiling.
All those days was home I was feeling like I was a prisoner. I was being watched 24/7 and I was not allowed to even walk by myself. Most of the time my brothers were insisting on carrying me. I know that the doctor said I was supposed to stay in bed and not walk, except if I wanted to go to the bathroom, but I was truly bored and I wanted to go out. It was like the walls were coming closer to me as the days were passing by and the house was swallowing me!
"Why are grumpy again, angelo?" Chis asked me sweetly, as he crossed his arms and put them on the table, leaning onto them as his big brown eyes were watching me with a hint of amusement behind them. (Angel)
I looked at him and narrowed my eyes. "I am not grumpy! I am just boooored"
"Wanna play another round?" he asked innocently like he could not understand what was happening. Ah, they all get on my nerves sometimes! 'Is he stupid or something?!'
"No! I wanna go out of the house!" I said groggily and glared at the clock, which was saying it was only 12:34 pm.
Chris sighed deeply and looked at the clock as well. He knew I was starting dying from boredom little by little and I wanted to go out like hell, but what could he do? Doctor's orders, you see.
He started collecting the pieces of the chess and putting them in their case after he put the board in. It was all out of glass and it needed a special, soft, velvet, black case. "What are you doing?" I asked him but he did not reply, he just exited the room and went to the playroom. He put the case in its place and returned to the kitchen, completely ignoring my question. He typed something really fast on his phone and when he got his reply, he got me bridal style, as always these days, and walked out of the kitchen.
"Where are we going?" I asked him and he shot me a huge and warm smile. Classic Chris. "We are going for a small ride around the town, I thought you wanted to go out" he winked at me.
A huge grin appeared on my face and I clapped my hands in enthusiasm "Thank you, Chrissy!" I kissed his cheek and lied my head onto his shoulder, enjoying the warmth of his body.
He placed me on the nice, beige leather seat of his black SUV and he got inside, put on some music, and pulled out.
I saw trees and people and I felt like I was finally out of a prison. I know I may sound hyperbolic, but I swear if you were living with seven boys -because Vince is staying with us most of the days- who like annoying ya, are overprotective and they do not eve let you walk alone, you would understand me.
