Chapter 14

As soon as you entered home with tae at your back. You wanted free place to again think about everything. " I am ok tae don't worry much about me". You said to him while heading towards the kitchen to grab a glass of water. Still can't function anything you drank the whole glass of water at once and choked yourself.

You started to cough when Taehyung came "Are you okay Y/N?". He was worried as hell, you wiped your mouth and said him "Yeah I am alright no need to get worried tae". You were trying your best to act like nothing happened but  you can't stop thinking about the incident, what if he will do something to you tomorrow or any other day who knows.

Now you wanted to tell everything to Tae and jungkook but you were still not sure how to tell them. You didn't had a solid proof, it was just your eyes and your soul who know this but how to convey this to them. When Tae interrupted you from your trail of thoughts  "Y/N?! Tell me if anything bothering you. please I plead you to tell me each and everything which is making you uncomfortable". 

I have a lot to tell you Tae but how but I am sure the time will come so soon.

You thought it to yourself."Nah there isn't anything I am well and happy, I am so happy that I met you, I am so happy that we shared a lot things. You know what tae I should be thankful to you that I got a friend like you. Just a jerk can't ruin my day".

He suspected you but then smiled broadly at you with his boxy smile which made you smile as well. " oh my goodness you are still like when you used to annoy me and then you smiled like this only haha" you said to him. " yeah of course I remember it. I used to untie your pigtails haha that was so much fun"  you both started to laugh hard and now the environment calmed down. 

After some chit chat Taehyung said
"okay if you are saying everything Is alright trust me gimme a missed call I will be here in a second, by the way should I get you security?" he asked. "haha no not at all, do not overthink about it. It happens. sometimes my bad, I didn't saw his face I should have" you sighed. "Nah its my fault as well I should have waited for you there" he ruffled his hair in frustration. "it is my fault  tae I should have told you before going. Its a waste to regret lets leave it its late you should head home as well" you said. " I will be here a little longer you can go and sleep I will tell you before going" he said. As you were so tired you left him in living room and slept for some time he was checking his phone. Before heading home he told you.

You were still worried about that fact you had to face all the truth alone.

Morning

It was your last working day, you can't imagine it's the month's end. The whole month was a mess so much happened and was happing. You met your childhood friend and your collab with your Rival.

You were eating your breakfast when you saw your phone bussing. It was jungkook, you didn't know what got inside you but you picked it up in one go. "hello, Y/N where are you?" it was too early and he was asking where I am it was awkward he never asked anything like that but now he did          "I am as usual at home what happened kook any important matter?"  you asked in the sweetest voice you can and a bit anxious at the same time worried about the project.

"nothing just asked if you can come early we need to talk" he uttered this and your mind gone blank thinking what he want to talk about. "S-sure imma come in some minutes".  "okay" he said and hanged up.

What was that, wasn't that was weird of him. He used to said bye meet you soon before hanging up.

You thought to yourself but putting it all together in your mind you stood up and gone to dress up.

After 10 minutes..

You were dressed up and was ready to go when you forgot your phone in your house and didn't even checked it but when you were in taxi you checked and didn't found it in your handbag. But you didn't rushed back home cuz kook said you to come early.

As soon as you entered your office building you just faced silence no one was there cuz you were too early it was not even 7 correctly. You saw some of your colleagues hurriedly going here and there you were totally confused what was really happening.

You straight went to jungkook's cabin and found him checking his phone.
"Good morning kook" you gave him a confused smile but he didn't showed any expression.

"What's wrong with him?"

You though to yourself, his behavior was weird he was not behaving like he always does. After a whole minute he responded.

"Ah good morning miss Y/n"

"What the heck miss Y/n what's going on? "

You both became friends but still he called you Miss y/n which was very weird his behavior was totally suspicious and unexpected.

"kook what happened to you? Why you behaving like this? Did I done something wrong?" you asked cuz of course you didn't wanted to have any misconceptions between you both. You were not rivals anymore it was more like business partners but his sudden behavior was turning the tables upside down.

" No y/n it's nothing I just- leave it" he said while rubbing back of his neck. He stood up his hands in his pocket. He was looking another level like a arrogant jungkook, a ceo there were thousands of riddles which you didn't know.

There was an awkward silence but then he leaned over you where you were watching your designs in laptop. Suddenly his hot breath hit your neck. You freezed  for a second. It was too unexpected. Then he whispered you to show all the designs one by one. Your heart was pounding like crazy. Your face was flushed as well.

Still he leaned at your back, it was so distract ful that you uttered every word twice. His strong but sweet perfume just distracted the hell out of you.

Why I am feeling so crazy for him...
