Shu x Dandere reader 2/2

Wakiya walked around with you at lunch, the next day. Unfortunately for you and him, Shu was kind of hard to find. He does like to train alone. But with a bit of bickering and looking around, you saw him leaning against the back wall of the school.

"What is he doing? I've never seen him just stand idoly like that." Said Wakiya in a sharp tone.

"He looks deep in thought... maybe we shouldn't bother hi-"

"Do you want to go out with him or not?" He snapped, cutting you off.

You nodded, "I do." You peeped.

"Well stay here, and don't say a word, got it?" He whispered sternly. Yet there was also a certain softness in his voice. Maybe the blonde really did want to see you be happy. After all, you were friends.

You sat down where you stood, so Shu couldn't see you. Wakiya made his presence known to Shu. "Shu, we need to talk." He said, as if he wanted to throw hands or something.

"Hmm." Shu hummed. Shu was not a fan of overconfident behavior, so Wakiya was clearly the type to get on his nerves.

"About y/n." Wakiya finished after a pause. He had this serious look in his eyes, like he wasn't going to take no for an answer. It was so embarrassing that he was acting like this to Shu, for you of all people.

On the other hand, Shu's eyes had widened when Wakiya let out your name. "y/n?" He asked, sounding shocked.

"She/he has fallen head over heals for you." Wakiya began, "But unfortunately, she/he was to shy to tell you that. I had to do it for her/him."

He put his left hand against the wall, above Shu's shoulder. The other by his side with a clenched fist. He looked down to Shu,

"And I'm not taking 'no' for an answer." He said. He was trying to intimidate Shu. You blushed and buried your face in your knees, Wakiya was just too much.

Shu still looked down at the floor, thinking. The blonde grunted. "Now, give me a date, place, and time." The albino remained silent, still. "Date! Place! And time, Shu!" He shouted.

After a tense pause, Shu looked up to meet Wakiya's gaze. "Tomorrow, at the bey park where I train, 3:00 pm." He replied. You couldn't tell if he was angry, or determined. But one thing was for sure, you thought. Shu was not a fan of Wakiya. The blonde growled softly.

"I swear, if you set her/him up, I'll-"

"I won't." Shu said, staring daggers into Wakiya's eyes.

No doubt, Shu knew what he was going to do. Whatever that was. You couldn't avoid him anymore, you had a date.

~time skip to your date ;)~

You rushed to the park to meet your date. With your outfit you wore your favorite f/c vest, and your good shoes -both of which were only for these special occasions like these. At exactly 3:02, you and the butterflies in your heart arrived to see Shu lying down with his head resting on the edge of the bey stadium.

"H-hey!" You shout, getting Shu's attention. "I- umm... s-sorry I'm late." You said shyly as your cheeks grew redder. You looked at the ground, rather than into Shu's enchanting crimson eyes.

"Late? You're only late by two minutes." He replied with a slight chuckle that sent shivers up your spine. He got up and walked closer to you.

You looked around and laughed nervously. "Yeah... I guess so..." You stared at the ground to see Shu's feet. Your heart raced knowing that he was right in front of you.

"Look at me y/n. Look into my eyes." Shu asked in a soft, yet serious tone. You closed your eyes, head still hanging down. He lifted your chin and locked eyes with you.

"Is this really who you want y/n?" He asked. Shu seemed to be concerned for you. "I... I've never been in a relationship before, and for good reason." He continued. You looked deep into his scarlet eyes. "I know that if I let somebody love me, I would just disappoint them."

He looked down at your hands as he grasped them, bringing them to his chest. "I don't wanna let you down y/n..." he said with such sincerity.

"No way you could disappoint me!" You insisted. "I was worried I'd disappoint you." You said with a cute giggle.

"You know, I never gave love serious thought before yesterday. I used to just pass it off as something I could never have. But when I learned about how you felt, that changed. I found myself realizing all the things I liked about you, all the reasons you were my friend and-" he paused and put his hands on your hips. "And I fell in love with you."

You shoved yourself into him and hugged him tight. Shu started to lose his balance. Your eyes widened as you both fell into the grass. You landed on top of Shu, straddling him. You blushed and giggled softly. Shu laughed as well. Soon you were both laughing hysterically.

You were made for each other, it just took a while to find out.

*The Whole bey club were watching you two from the bushes*

Wakiya: Aha! I knew this would work.

Rantaro: As if! When y/n pulled your name out you were like "WhAt!?! WhY dOeS iT hAvE tO bE mE?!?"

Wakiya: Details! Useless details!

Everyone: *laughs loudly*

Shu: Who's there?!

Everyone: ...

You: Probably just an ecco.

Shu: Yeah

Everyone else in the bey club: whew 😅
