Shiori didn't know when these feeling started. All she knew was these weren't normal. This wasn't how she felt around anyone else. It was only around Michiru that she felt this way.

Seeing Michiru smile made her heart race. If she laughed, Shiori felt herself blushing. Everything about Michiru just made her feel so weird. Shiori didn't understand what she was feeling.

Was it love? Did she love Michiru? The prospect didn't sound that bad. Shiori felt she would date Michiru if asked to. She was so cute and adorable and who wouldn't love her?

Okay... maybe she really did have a crush on her. But what did she do? Would Michiru accept her confession? How did she even go about trying to confess. Just talking to Michiru made her stutter anymore. How would she manage?

Well, there were two people who she could ask. Now, did she want to ask them? Shiori wasn't too sure about asking Akira for advice. Knowing how socially inept she could be, Shiori really couldn't imagine that going well. And who knew if Michiru would get the information out of her? Shiori doubted that would happen, but she was worried about it anyway.

Yachiyo was the only other option. Shiori was unsure about that too. Yachiyo was known to tease everyone if they were given an opportunity to. What if they teased her about her crush?

But, Yachiyo wasn't cruel. They would stop if the teasing got too much. They had reached that level with Shiori before. And had promptly received a very big scolding from Michiru after Shiori burst into tears.

Shiori decided to just suck it up and ask them. Hopefully this wasn't a bad idea. The hardest part was going to be getting them alone. Yachiyo was almost always around Akira. It was going to be very tough to find a time when they were alone.

...

Shiori finally found an opening two days later. Akira was busy doing work with Michiru. That left Yachiyo alone for once. Shiori took this opportunity. She didn't know when another one might come for her.

"Yachiyo-senpai? Can I come in?" Shiori knocked on their door.

"Sure, Shiori." Yachiyo replied with a hum.

Shiori entered their room. Yachiyo had their sketchbook open. They closed it as Shiori got closer, but she caught a glimpse of it. It seemed Yachiyo was drawing Akira. Not that surprising knowing them.

"Um... can I ask you for some advice?" Shiori asked.

Yachiyo smiled at her, "Of course. Come sit."

Shiori took a seat on the bed. She was slightly nervous. What if Yachiyo caught on to who it was she liked? She didn't want them to know that detail.

"I... I've been having these weird feelings around someone and... I think I like them." Shiori mumbled.

"Oh, so whatcha need help with?" Yachiyo was intrigued by that statement.

"How do I ask someone out?" Shiori squeaked in embarrassment, "I don't know where to start."

"Aww, you're so cute right now~" Yachiyo teased as the poked her cheek.

"S-senpai!" Shiori yelped.

"Okay, okay. I won't tease you." Yachiyo held their hands up, "So, you want advice on asking this special someone out?"

Shiori nodded, "Yes... I thought you could help since you asked Yukishiro-senpai out."

Yachiyo laughed, "I don't know that I'm qualified with that. It was not a normal way to confess."

"Huh?"

"I'd rather not tell you." Yachiyo hummed, "Anyway, let's see... are they the same age as you?"
