Years ago people had a different definition of power. And it has stayed that way with the elites of this world today. The 1%. 
But to the rest of the world they only believe money is power. Hence why their not very powerful.

The ancient definition of power:
Power is art ( manipulated or in its pure form)
Art is magic
Magic is bridge communication
Bridge communication is anything that entices the senses to follow a desired outcome. 
The desired outcome is more powerful when naturally aligned with nature.

Nature is strong but subtle

Meaning: you can change nature to manipulate people.
Or you can align with nature to strengthen your power.

It may sound like a riddle at first. But when your eyes open you will see it everywhere.

For instance a dis aligned environment like a getto produces humans who are more likely to be distorted and experience greater difficulty in life. This due to environment alone.

Meaning the mentally blind are doomed to be manipulated through cycles of generations.

With this in mind, i set on my journey to learn the arts.

First is self dominance. this is achieved via teaching the cells of your body to be under submission to your will.

What happens if your cells do not submit?

Well, you will stay mediocre the worst case scenario. Why is that the worst case? You will never quite reach rock bottom or the extreme case of low, to spark total change in yourself.

being mediocre your body will dominate your life and you will be subject to your lower cravings of life.

The lower cravings of life are the chains that hold humanity.

93% of the population are under submission to the cells of their body. Via life style, food cravings, drugs, addictive behaviours. Which keep them weak.

The weak are dominated by the powerful.

One of the fastest ways to dominate your cells is by removing pleasant food from your lips for a year. And take on strong physical excercie to teach your cells to submit to your commands.

Treat each cell of your body like a worker who works for you.

Is the first and most importance step to freedom & ultimate power.
