It was February and Class 1 A was nearing the end of their first year at UA. A lot had happened during their first year and Shoto Todoroki and Katsuki Bakugou had finally gotten their provisional hero license and were working along with Izuku Midoriya at Endeavor's agency for a few months. Their work study had been going great until UA decided to pause all their work study programs in order to give the students time to study for upcoming exams. However, Shoto wanted to know if there were any current investigations he could help on at his father, Endeavor's, agency. He thought it would be a good way to study hero tactics for their upcoming exams.

Shoto entered the agency and made his way to his father's office. On his way there, he ran into a young girl. She looked to be around the same age as Shoto, with long wavy light blonde almost white hair that trailed into blue at the ends. Her hair fell to her waist and she had bright beautiful blue eyes that were focused on the papers in her hands. She was a bit shorter than Shoto, and She wasn't wearing a school uniform. She seemed to be in casual training gear, wearing a pair of grey sweatpants, a blue crop top and a tie-dyed blue and white cardigan.

"Oh, hi," she said before walking into him and abruptly stopping, fumbling the papers in her arms. She had been reading over some case files while walking towards Endeavor's office. She quickly reorganized her papers before looking up at Shoto. She looked at him for a second a bit puzzled before suddenly recognizing him.

"You must be Enji's son, I've heard a lot about you!"

Shoto was shocked to hear this girl refer to his father so casually.

"My name is Elementary, I'm doing a work study here. Though I think it's weird to just introduce yourself as your hero name. I feel weird. Guess I'm just not used to it. But everyone says it's the proper way to introduce yourself to other heroes." She rambles on.

Just then Endeavor walked out of his office. "Oh there you are Elementary, I wanted to go over some details of your last mission" Endeavor said as he walked out, before noticing Shoto.

"Ah, Shoto," Endeavor acknowledged, staring at his son. They all stared at each other for a moment before Endeavor turned to Elementary noticing the case files she was holding.

"We should get back to work, we need to go over those before tonight," Endeavor said pointedly, dismissing Shoto and stepping back into his office.

"It was nice meeting you, Shoto," she said, giving him a soft wave as she followed Endeavor into his office.

Shoto turned to leave. It seemed like Endeavor didn't need his help with the current case. As he was on his way out Shoto ran into one of Endeavor's sidekicks, Burnin.

"Heyo Shoto, what are you doing here? Thought all UA students were studying for exams," she said, waving to him.

"We are, I just wanted to see if there was any extra work," he stated.

"Well we only got one major case at the moment but Endeavor and Elementary got most of it handled," she stated proudly.

"Elementary?" he questioned.

"Yeah! She's a new work study student, she's pretty great! She's got some amazing abilities and skill set not to mention she's got a bubbly personality which works great with the media. She was working with one of your father's old sidekicks and he referred her to us. Glad he did, she's been a huge help with the recent case." Burnin said, smiling. Elementary had made quite an impact on everyone at the agency in her short time being there.

Shoto was kind of curious about this new girl. She seemed very nice when they met, a little odd but everyone seemed to adore her, even the media by the sounds of it.
