Ryder Castillo POV

"Dad, are there anymore boxes left in the truck?" I yell to my dad, standing in my new bedroom, putting down a card board box.

"No, you can unpack if you want to though." he replies yelling back to me so I can hear him through the walls of our new penthouse apartment.

I look at the boxes and a scowl makes it's way onto my beautiful face. I fucking hate doing this shit. I groan loudly as I start opening up the boxes and start to put my clothes in my closet after turning on some Lana del Ray.

-

God, that was hard work.

Right then, my stomach starts fucking growling like a bear that's been starving for days.

I groan and get off my bed and head to the pantry.

Fuck me.

We don't own any food.

"Dad! We don't have any food." I whine as he smiles at me from the living room.

"Go to the grocery store. Me and River even made a list!" he smirked.

I narrow my eyes again and go upstairs to change out of my pjs and put on a black crop top, some creme pants and a small black cropped sweater and my white and baby pink Nike Air Force ones.

I walk back into the living room and snatch the list from my dad that's holding it out to me as he's watching tv with River.

I bid them goodbye and walk out of the penthouse and down the stairs, I need the exercise.

Or, you're to lazy to wait for the fucking elevator.

I sigh sadly and walk down the stairs straight into the lobby where I see the kids River's age socializing. I wave to them, smiling and head to the nearest grocery store which is really big since we live in the upper east side of New York.

I walk into the huge modern looking grocery store and sigh again looking at how fucking big it is.

Florida did not have these.
