I could hear his steps behind me, seeming like they were coming closer every step I took. I scream for help every few seconds. Nobody ever responded. I push through the door leading to the outside of the Venue. My face is splashed with fresh air, I turn the corner and keep sprinting. My breathing became harder with each step.

She was aware of how much she was making things harder for herself.

Running down the hard pavement my white converse slammed down on each step I took as I sped my pace up. I make a hard right around a large business building, looking for any sight of human life. The streetlights barely shining enough for me to be able to see the curb in front of me. A car slowly drives down the street, keeping my eyes on it as I sprint towards it. I stumble over my feet and fall to the ground, my face smashed into the dirt. Shit. I repeat to myself in my head. A rough grasp wraps around my wrist.

He caught me.

He latches onto both my wrists, holding them tightly as he tugs me into a alley. So we were away from the public eye. He quickly changes his hold on me, wrapping his hand around my back to grab the measuring tape from my back pocket. I gasp for air, he wraps it around my throat, barely loose enough for me to breathe for air.

"How much did you see?" His breath is close to mine, and he's speaking in a low growling tone. I hold my throat, still unable to catch my breath. I adjust to grab my inhaler, which he surprisingly allowed me to do. I shove it right to my mouth, regaining my breath. He grabs it from my grasps but luckily I had taken enough air in so I was steady again. "I said, How much did you see back there, princess?" He repeats what he has said moments before. "Nothing much, I just.." I stutter a little and regroup my thoughts. "All I saw was a man, money, a few drugs, and blood." He curses under his breath. "How long were you watching?" He tightens the tape a little more around my throat.

"Five minutes at most I swear." I let out, my throat straining as I tried to move. His knee goes between my legs and hoists me up. My feet dangle off the ground and he looks me in the eyes, moving his lips towards the edge of my ear.

"Dont go where your not supposed to go."

The next moment my world turns black, everything disappears.

My eyes flutter open, the world around me was dark but I could hear talking. I check my surroundings, and try to stand to my feet but quickly I hit my head. "Where am I.." I think to myself. I hold the top of my head, as I feel whatever I am in stop moving.

I'm in the trunk of a car.

The trunk door opens and I see the outlines of three men. Only who I could assume were the boys, but where was the fourth one of them. My legs and arms begin to be tug on and I'm pulled out of the trunk carried over someone's back. I stay silent as we walk, afraid that if I tried to talk I would get killed.

I close my eyes and hoped I would just magically wake up and this would all just be a dream. I could hear the sound of a door creaking open followed by another two. The last door closes and the moving comes to a stop. My body is tossed onto a chair, and I feel someone yanking the bandana out of my mouth.

"Tell us in detail what you saw happening back at the Venue." Niall states in a stern voice.

"Well, I told Harry already-" I begin to speak. "I dont give fucking shit about this Harry crap just tell us what you saw." My jaw drops, the flirty one was scarier then I thought he would be. "Well all I was bringing the measuring tape to Harrys room since the clothes weren't the right size." I look over at Harry, he was growing taller by the second. "Then I heard noises coming from the room so I decide to just peep in, I wasnt sure what was going on considering Harry always hooks up with girls." He has a cheeky grin on his face, seeming proud of himself.

"Are you telling the truth?" Liam asks. I reply with a nod, hoping this was all they would ask me.

The three of them group up and get in a huddle. From behind me I hear a door closing shut. I turn and meet eyes with Louis, his hands had gloves on them making me shiver in fear. I saw what he had done earlier and I knew that they were most likely covered in blood. "Sorry lads its tough cleaning up an entire room by myself." He joins the huddle, and they talk for a few minutes.

——

Niall exits the huddle, each of them breaking apart and standing in a distant circle around me. "Darling, whatever you saw tonight.." He begins to talk, then moves closer to me resting his hand on my shoulder. "Never happened." My head leans back, I close my eyes for a moment trying to remember what had happened. "Why cant I talk about it?" I slowly begin to stand up for myself. "Whatever just happened back there, I dont want to be a part of!" My voice rising, the stress from tonight was finally being released.

"Listen, we can only tell you a little.." Harry says, glancing to each of the boys to make sure it was okay if he mentioned anything. "We are part of the Mafia, been here for a few years. Without it we would be nowhere." He steps closer to me whispering inches from my face. "Now, you dont want us to get in trouble, would you?" I tense up, wanting to scream or just get up and leave. "Dont go mute again princess." I stay silent for a few more moments, he rolls his eyes, getting impatient. "Why dont we just kill her already?" My eyes widen, so scared that I suddenly speak up. "Fine. I'll stay quiet." Louis begins to walk over. "If you tell anyone about us, your going down too." I nod, agreeing as they begin to unwrap my hands and feet.
