"What about this one Hannah?" Anna Marie holds up a very light pink dress, that had stripes going vertically up it.

I hold the dress up to my body and examine it. "Off the shoulder is to showy for a interview." I tell her as I toss the dress back down on my bed and walk over to my closet to search for something better to wear.

"Time check!" I exclaim from the midst of my clothes.

"Eight..." Anna pauses for a second "forty five." I quickly whip my head around and glare at her. "I NEED TO GO SOON!" I exclaim as I grab the first thing that I can find from my display of clothes.

The carpet beneath my feet slides smoothly as I glide across it on my way to change in the bathroom.

The mirror reflects my hourglass figure as I stare into it.

A brown jacket with a white tee and jeans. Wow pretty good for grabbing randomly.

"Eight fifty six!" Anna yells from my bedroom. "I know!!" I respond frantically as I open the door, running down the flight of wooden stairs in my house.

"Good luck I know your going to do great." My Aunt says as she wraps me in a hug. The warmth of her body was nice while I was in the hug. It gave me a sense of reassurance that this would all be okay. "Thanks Mimi." I tell her as Anna comes running down the steps.

"Damn you clean up nice." She says with a smirk, and a chuckle.

Her arms wrap around me in a hug and she wishes me luck, tossing me the keys. I wave with my hand towards the two of them as I opened the tall door in our grand entryway. "Bye guys love you!" I exclaim and close the door, running towards my car.

The drive to Pratt wasn't too far so I got there within 20 minutes, but since I had left late I was running a little behind schedule. My manager let me take the day off from work since she knew how much this meant to me, and she decided that working at the bar alone wasnt as hard as she thought it would be.

I turn into the closest parking lot to the entrance of the University, and hop out of my car speed walking across the street to where the sidewalk was. I nearly get hit by a car but luckily I am able to dodge it, and I send them an apologetic wave.

The man in the car looked vaguely familiar

I shook my head, erasing the thought as I kept my quick pace. I check the time on my light pink Apple Watch.

Nine twenty eight

I pick up my pace, coming to a quick jog as my black slip on shoes slap the pavement as I step. I keep running till I reach the door. I whip the door open and speed walk down the hallway to where the main office door was.

I feel my pen slip form my hand. Shit I whisper under my breath. I turn to grab it, but my face is quickly brought to an older mans face. He looked about 28 so I wasnt sure what he was doing here at the school. I bend down to pick up my folder that I had dropped, which was filled with all of my fashion ideas I had done in the past.

"Are you here for fashion?" He asks, as he helps pick up my pictures. I see him looking at each of the designs, taking his time. "Yes, and I'm on my way to an interview right now. Which I am late to!" I say urgently. "Well, I'm in need of a fashion designer.." He says as he finishes collecting the items. He hands them to my and I notice he has a tattoo across his wrist.

I take my eyes off of the tattoo and see him holding out his card. "Call me after the interview... If it doesn't turn out working." He tells me as he drops it into my hand and walks away.
