After Y/N decided to take the Hunter exam, she walked her way to the decks in whale island. once she made her way onto the boat, she sat at the top of the ship resting her body and waiting to arrive.
Gon's POV (Betcha didn't expect that)
While I was walking around the top part of the ship, I spotted a interesting looking girl. She was wearing a pink/red kimono and she wore a bamboo muzzle in her mouth. ' I wonder why she wears that muzzle?' As I continued to think about why she would need to wear a muzzle, she turned and looked at me. She gave me a closed eyed smile behind The muzzle. I quickly gave her a smile back.
Y/N's POV
While I was sitting on the floor I noticed three people. An older looking man wearing a suit, a blonde male wearing some sort of dress thing? And then there was this boy wearing all green with his backpack and fishing rod. I noticed a green haired boy staring at me. So I gave him a closed eye smile behind my muzzle. He quickly gave me one back. ' he seems very sweet' I thought Soon enough the boy started to walk towards me, " hi I'm Gon!" Gon said. I quickly pulled out a pen and a piece of paper. After I wrote on the paper I gave it to gon. "Well hello to you too y/n! And no, it's not disrespectful because you didn't answer☺️" gon said to me. A second later, I smelt something in the air. And I guess gon smelt it to, because he was sniffing the air. ' there's a storm coming' , I thought. Gon suddenly turned to me and said, " do you smell the storm too?" I nodded quickly at his question, then pointed at the captain, trying to get gon to tell him about the storm. Gon got the hint and went to tell the captain about the storm.

While the storm was happening, mostly everybody on the ship was seasick. Well except for me, gon and the other two boys from earlier. While gon was helping One of the sick men, I went to another man to help him as well. Then the captain suddenly pulled us four to the captains office thingy? " now, tell me your names down the line" , Captain said. " My names gon!" " I am called Kurapika" "The name is Leorio" Then they all turned to me, while I just stared. Suddenly gon said " this is y/n, The only reason she can't talk is because of the muzzle, So don't think she's trying to be disrespectful by not talking to you!" Gon sweat dropped " Good good, no why do you guys want to become hunters?" " Woah! You're not an examiner, so what's with. the third degree!?" Leorio yells at the captain. " just answer the question, dummy" The captain snaps back at him. Gon then speaks up, " I will! Cause dad is a hunter! Being a hunter was the most important thing in the world to my dad, and I wanna know why. That's why I left whale island!" A/N Sorry for interrupting😣 I just wanted to say that I I am going to try a new way of writing them talking and stuff☺️ Welp that's all I had to say bye👋🏻
Leorio- Hey kid! You don't have to tell that old guy nothin! Gon- But he asked why am here? It's not a secret- Leorio- look! Get with the program! It's us versus him, and I'm not telling him why am here! Kurapika- i'm afraid I agree with leorio Leorio- Huh?? That's Mr.leorio to you, you Brat! Show a little respect for your elders!! Kurapika- but why not dodge the question, by offering the man a plausible lie Leorio- hey! Are you even listening to me?! Kurapika- However it is quite shameful to rely on deceit. As for me, I cannot reveal my reasons here. I have my share of secrets. Deep secrets, which I do not intend to expose at this time. That is why, I will not answer your question. Leorio- Hey!! I was talking to you, punk!! Captain- So, both of you flat out refused to answer my question. Hey, katzo? Katzo- Uh yes what is it captain? Captain- get a hold of the exam committee for me, let them know we got two more drop outs. *Leorio and Kurapika both gasp* Leorio- Wait, what do you mean Captain-still haven't figured it out, Huh? You see, the hunter exam is already started. And as I can see, The girl already knew. Everybody then turn their heads to you, as you stood there,confused. Captain-* A bunch of talking that no one cares for* None of them make the cut. Both again- What/huh? Captain-that was just a little storm, and see how they handled itThey never survive The later stages of the exam.In other words, the only way you through you're making itThrough this portion of the examIs if I give you the go ahead.So I'll ask you again,I think carefully before answer Gon- * turns to Leorio* you catch all that? Leorio- Tck you could've told us that sooner Kurapika- I am the sole survivor of the kurta clan Kurapika hesitated Because of what Kurapika said, everyone turn their heads towards him Kurapika kept speaking- four years ago, my entire clan was annihilated by A band of criminals,That is why I want to become a hunter. To Capture the phantom troupe! Captain- Sounds like you wanna be a blacklist hunte- You couldn't hear anything else because you blocked the noise is out, but then realized Kurapika and Leorio had just gone outside. Then, one of the captains henchmen shouted, Henchmen- Captain!! Captain- get the sails lowered, Now!! You then nudged gon's side getting his attention, you then pointed at the water sprout in the sea, Then pointing back at you and gon. You guessed that he got the hook as he said, Gon- anything we can do?!? Katzo- yeah! Follow me up on deck! As we were holding onto the rope, you saw Kurapika and Leorio about to fight. Suddenly, A big gush of wind made katzo fly off the ship. As he flew off the ship Kurapika and Leorio rush to him, but instead Gon got a hold of him by the wrist while jumping off the ship with him.Then, Leorio and Kurapika held onto Gon's ankles, but soon slept as a big wave hit the boat and made them fall into the water. They were panicking even more now, but suddenly you were right in front of them, almost like you teleported, and grabbed a hold of the boys ankles and pulled them up with no struggle. When you pulled them up completely, they were talking/yelling at Gon about jumping off the ship, you sat there: Confused as hell
