Prologue (I)

How have y'all been?
Ps. In this chapter, Calumn's pov is the prologue.

Recap: And that's the last thing I heard before my body came limp and the darkness engulfed me.

Calumn's pov:
A tall strange gangster looking man gets out off his expensive Aston Martin, he was in a suit with tatoos, brown hair and green eyes was shouting at my sister who had tears on her face and was looking pale, sickly pale.

So I told Clover who was still crying to get up and let's go to sissy. And she was still crying I can't imagine what she must be feeling now.

She never met mom and dad and has the worst human being, if he's even a human, raising us. And she almost lost the person whose been taking care of her.

I take my handkerchief out of my shorts pocket and wipe her tears and snot.

She takes my hand no she actually grabs my hand we start running over to Jenn.

"C-cal, who's the man s-shouting at sissy?"
"I don't know Clo" I respond.

"D-do you think h-he's one of Idris' men?" She asked.

"No Clo, I'm not sure."

Then she keeps quiet after that question because she realized I don't have any answers.

When we're almost there we see Jenn faints. As she's falling the strange gangster dude catches her.

Clover takes her hand out if mine and starts running and shouting "Jenn!! Jennaia!!! Jenn!"

And I start running after her.

When I got to her she was talking to the gangster man who had Jenn in the backseat of his expensive looking car with him gripping her arm as she was calling for Jenn.

"What are you doing kid?" The gangster man asked her.

"W-where are y-you taking J-jenn?"

"Her name's Jenn?" He asks.

I respond before Clover can answer,
"Yes her name is Jennaia and she's our sister. So where are you taking her to?" I say with a frown on my face whiles my eye brows are furrowed.

He opens the passenger door.
"Ok then get in" he says in commanding tone. I start debating whether or not to get in.

"C-come on Cal, l-lets go in?" Clover says.

My eyes move from the man to Clover from the man to Clover.

"Ok fine" I say.

I get into the front seat and Clover sits on my lap since Jenn is laying in the back.

And the man enters the driver's seat and I close the door.

"What is your name?" I ask.

"Pardon." He says with an accent and clearly irritated.

"What's your name?" I ask again.
"Dimitri." He responds.

At least he isn't a jerk and has manners. I thought.
"What is your name?"He asks me.
" I said what's your name?!"
He shouts making Clover whimper and hide her face in my chest.

Ok I take that back. How dare he!
I glared at him but he ignored me. "It's Caleb." I said spat out.

"W-where are y-you taking u-s to?" Clover asks.

"To my house." He said.

It was quiet for a while until Clover's stomach started rumbling.

"Are you hungry?"he asks her.
And she nods.

"When was the last time you ate?" He asks us.

" I don't really think that is any of-" I said and he cut me off saying, "Shut your mouth you little mouse. I wasn't talking to you!"
I was about to protest again but I didn't know what this man would do so I shut my mouth.

"Now, Clover, is it, when was the last time you ate?"

"I- I, um, we , well I last at-te b-breakf-fast." She said.

"Are you hungry?"

He presses something on the car screen.
"Call Hilton."

Then some robot lady says calling 'Hilton'.

I wonder who this Hilton is.

Then she says 'call forwarding'.

"Dude! Why the hell are you calling at this time? I thought you told us the decision you are done with the meeting?
I was in the middle of something important."

"Something important?! What the hell was your lazy ass doing??" He says clearly amused.

Which makes me think if he's okay wasn't he being cold hearted and a jerk now he's laughing??

I think I should be concerned, Jenn would be.

"What's the name of the fast food restaurant you kids love?"
He asks us.

"U-uh McD-donald's b-but sissy doesn't l-like the fries when they're c-cold-d." Clover says.

He looks at me in confirmation and I nod.

"Hilton." He says.
"Yeah?" Hilton responds.

"Order a three happy meals from MC Donalds. In 25. I will be home in 20 minutes. Ask questions later." He orders out.

"Yes sir." He responds.

And then he cuts the call.

Time lapse

Then we pull up to this huge estate, which has lots of greenerys and a big Gate which has K in Gold letters written on it.

The security men open the gate and we continue driving to the main house, you don't see the main house until you drive a little much more down hill so we drove for 5 minutes.

The first thing you'll see is the fountain, when your driving downhill then there's the the huge modern day Grecian like structure of a house which looks so beautiful and is in the classic white.

Then we park in the garage.

We get out and enter the house, through the garage door.

A/N: Hey!! Y'all!! How are you? I'm so sorry for not posting earlier I actually didn't realise that I haven't posted the chapter when I went to sch on Saturday (it was the 20th) 😲🤪🤯. I'm so glad I have posted this chap.

So how did y'all lik Calumn's pov? Was it interesting?
And what did you think of Dimitri's behaviour with the children? And the house??? What did you think.

Sry if my description is kind of lame or boring I'm actually doing my homework, which is frickin' annoying!!! Like Dude!!!
