Blue light and shadow.

Days and Nights passed by, as the two brothers, along with Hagoromo and Hamura trained under the watchful eye of their incredibly strict mother, Kaguya Otsutsuki.

A lot of it involved physical practices and demonstrations of powers, much to Y/N and Haguromo's favour while most of it involved learning the fundamentals of chakra and understanding the secrets of how it works, much to Y//N and Hamura's pleasure.

It was brutal, difficult, intense, boring, interesting and soul-crushing, but after years of learning, the 4 had finally mastered how to use chakra.

Years Later

The people who were children were now capable adults. A lot of things had changed for everyone and they began to notice some certain changes in the area, although most of them weren't at their best interest.

The first one was Kaguya, who had grown very despondent and quiet over the years, it was as if her soul was taken back up to the sky, where she constantly gazes upon.

However, that wasn't the only thing that was unordinary. Especially in Y//N's eyes, who was beginning to notice certain strange things about his brother which involved the chakra he had.

The more he practises, the more some kind of darkness grew inside it.

Right now, like all days, he was in the forest, learning to harness the power of his Sharingan, a visual power that he unlocked a year ago, during training.

Y//N

I was currently in the middle of the forest, learning to fully grasp the power of my Sharingan. I didn't know why, but something tells me that I hadn't unlocked the full secrets of this power.

But ever since i awakened it, something has been telling me that I can tell it further.

No

I have to take it further.

For mother.

Wait, what is that?

I heard something rustling around in the bushes, so I peered right at the direction of the voice with my visual power, and when I saw it, I was frightened.

Well not completely frightened, more like shocked, because it was a snake, a giant snake, starring at me.

I could tell that this creature was not from the energy it radiated, it was almost like mother's energy, but unprocessed. So without hesitation, I conjured lightning, and fired it directly at the creature, however, the creature managed to dodge it and run away.

But obviously, I wasn't going to let it escape. So I decided to chase it. I was sure that i was going to catch it, and that this was the best decision I had made so far.

11 Hours Later

This was the worst decision i had made so far. I had managed to chase the snake for 6 miles, only to wound up in a mysterious cave, with the snake suddenly missing.

Well, there was really nothing else to do at the moment so I had decided to explore the cave for a little bit and that is when I saw it.

A giant white snake, sitting in a giant throne, looking at me with murderous eyes.

"I have been waiting for you, Y/N"

The snake said.

2 Hours later

Y//N P.O.V

It was sunset, and Y/N still wasn't home, I don't know what he is doing out there, but I hope mother doesn't get upset because of it. She could be very terrifying when she is.
