(Up for Adoption) Snake-Like Hero: Python (Fem-Deku)

Prologue

Izumi sat with her head down staring out of the classroom window. She wasn't paying attention to anything around her, besides her pet snake, Shiomi. Shiomi was a pet that Izumi created with her quirk. She was a white, medium-sized snake with icy-cold, sharp blue eyes. The down-side of this was that everyone could understand every word Shiomi says and would give her disgusted looks. But on the bright side, Shiomi was very intelligent and was a good friend to have around, not to mention out-right hilarious. But most of all, she was Izumi's best friend.

Bakugo and Izumi used to be best friends. That was, until, her quirk manifested. While Bakugo had what was considered a 'heroic' explosion quirk, he was showered with praises by the teachers and his classmates, Izumi had a 'villainous' snake-quirk which made her the target of merciless scorn and bullying. Honestly, Izumi was hurt by the bullying on a level scale, but what hurt her the most was that Bakugo had joined them and even encouraged everyone to get in on the bullying. 

Since Bakugo was her only friend, Izumi developed major trust issues and became suspicious of everyone around her. She became colder and more distant to everyone. The greenette lost any respect that she had for teachers or any kind of authority because they never did anything about the quirk discrimination and bullying she received especially Bakugo. Whenever she filed complaints about the dehumanization, her teachers just said stuff like, 'He'll make a great hero someday' or 'He's already on the path to greatness. Why ruin it?'. At first, this seemed cruel to Izumi (and fair enough, it is)but she could do nothing about it.

Around the age of ten, Izumi created Shiomi. Shiomi was really sarcastic and made crude jokes at times, which Izumi found hilarious. The two got along well, so Shiomi became her pet and only friend and the only person Izumi was warm and welcoming to besides her mother. Izumi keeping her cold disposition didn't like talking to people and when she had to or something required a verbal reaction, she'd just let Shiomi do the talking for her. And when people would try to approach her, she would use her heat vision to see if they were genuine or not, and to no surprise, they were just lying. Shiomi would hiss at them because she had heat vision as well. Because of this, people would avoid sitting with her in the cafeteria or would spread rumors about her.

Izumi absolutely loved snakes, even though they were the main source of her pain and suffering. And she didn't go out of her way to hide it. She wore a snake emerald pin in her hair, a mask over her mouth that depicted snake scales and she took Shiomi wherever she went. Of course, this just pissed Bakugo off even more. He did everything in his power to make Izumi's life miserable, tried to make her ashamed of her quirk, and crush her dreams of becoming a hero. But Izumi had other plans. She was going to become the top hero and try to end this kind of cruel world. And with Shiomi's help, support, and company, she felt she could do anything. She will prove them wrong.
