Emitter Abilities: She can create and manipulate snakes on command. She can also give these snakes free will and the ability to speak and think for themselves(Ex. Shiomi). However, when she does this, she can't revert them to their previous slave-like state. She can also make the slave-like snakes disappear whenever she chooses. But she cannot make the free-willed ones disappear. She can also variate between the sizes of the snakes she can create, and they can be different colors if she chooses. These snakes can variate from large and have crushing strength to snakes with lethal venom and acidic saliva.
Mutant Abilities: Since her quirk is based on snakes, it makes sense that Izumi would be cold-blooded. She also has snake-like fangs that pierce through hard objects and create lethal venom and acid. Her tongue doesn't resemble a snake, but it is a little longer than average. Izumi also possesses heat vision which comes in handy when she's put into a dark environment, but it isn't as effective in the cold. Because of her quirk, Izumi can go several days without eating, which really comes with its perks. Her diet mostly consists of meats, due to her snake diet and she can eat just about any foods and remain very slim and attractive because the acids in her stomach are stronger than those of other people.
Physical Abilities: Because snakes are so fast and agile, Izumi's quirk heightens her physical abilities to the super extreme. Overpowered doesn't even begin to cover this. She also has a very flexible spine and can bend in ways a normal person wouldn't even begin to understand. She can her bones firm whenever she chooses.
Drawbacks: Since she and Shiomi are both cold-blooded they will become less active in the cooler months because they will be lethargic from the cold temperatures. They both need heat pads to keep them warm, so they wouldn't even put up a fight against an opponent like Todoroki.
