Hinata is currently 9 months pregnant. He groaned, waking up in pain, with his babies kicking him. Hinata rolled off the bed tiredly, at 3 am because his pups were too energetic. He made it to the bathroom before his bladder was going to explode. The omega let out soft whimpers of pain, causing Suna to wake up and head over to the bathroom. 

Hinata was currently whimpering on the floor, his knees to his chest as he was rubbing his stomach to calm the pups down. Suna came inside, heading towards Hinata. He gently sat beside his omega, wrapping his arms around the smaller. He let out calming soothing pheromones of Jasmine tea. Hinata purred, inhaling the scent. He nuzzled his head into Suna's scent gland, cooing at the soothing effects. 

Suna gently rubbed small circles on the back of Hinata. He knew that his precious baby boy was constantly in pain for carrying 5 pups and he was soon due for labour. With that, Suna knew he had to take extra care of his omega. 

"Buttercup, do you want to go back to bed?" 

Hinata whimpered, nuzzling his head more into the crook of Suna's neck. 

"N-no...i-it...hurts..."

Suna continued to soothingly rub small circles on Hinata's back, holding the omega tight in his arms. 

"Shhh, I know buttercup, you're doing so well baby, it'll all be over soon and we'll be here with our pups." 

Hinata gently looked up at Suna with watery eyes nodding. The babies stopped kicking Hinata's stomach, where he was in less pain. His lower back hurt and he couldn't walk long distances. The omega spent most of his time sitting down due to the large baby bump for carrying a litter of 5. 

Suna gently ran his fingers through Hinata's hair, kissing his forehead. 

"Are you sure you're not tired baby?" 

Hinata nodded, blushing. 

"A-actually...I'm kind of craving..." 

"Alright, let's get you down buttercup." 

Suna swiftly lifted Hinata up bridal style, bringing him down to the kitchen. He gently placed Hinata down on the couch, grabbing the smaller his fluffy blanket and maternity pillows. 

"Alright princess, what do you want?" 

Hinata thought for a little bit before responding. 

"Hot Cheetos and yogurt!" 

Suna chuckled, gently ruffling the omega's hair, going back to the kitchen and grabbing the snacks for Hinata. He went back to the living room to join his precious puppy, handing him the snacks. Hinata mewled in delight, taking a nice crunch of the Cheeto dipped in yogurt. Suna gently cuddled with his pregnant mate, while he chowed down on his snacks. 

The green-eyed alpha watched his omega in awe, as he happily ate the food. 

"Done baby?" 

Hinata nodded. Suna grabbed the garbage and threw it out, handing Hinata some hand wipes to get the Cheeto dust off. The omega made grabby hands at his alpha, signalling he wanted to be picked up. The older male complied, carrying his precious omega and their pups. Hinata nuzzled his head on Suna's chest, his breath slowing down as he was slowly falling asleep. Suna gently tucked Hinata into bed, placing a kiss on his stomach and forehead, before cuddling him to sleep. 

Hinata had held a baby shower when he was 6 months in, where he was gifted many things for the precious pups. Obviously, there was clothing, toys, rattles, pacifiers and such. With that happening, he hasn't had anyone over since then, due to his upcoming due date. 

Hinata yawned, waking up and getting out of bed. Suna was next to him, gently playing with the strands of his hair. 

"Good morning buttercup, did you sleep well?" 

The older kissed the smaller on the forehead. 

Hinata chirped happily, snuggling closer to Suna. 

"C'mon sleepyhead, it's time to wake up and eat breakfast, Tsukishima is cooking for you." 

"Five more minutesssssss"

Suna chuckled, agreeing to let his precious pup sleep for five more minutes. The rest of the boys were already up, leaving Suna alone with Hinata for the morning. While the little omega was sleeping soundly, Suna gently slipped his hand under his shirt, gently caressing Hinata's nipples. The omega yelped as his sensitive nipples perked up. 

Gently, Suna began to lick them, causing Hinata to moan and erotically release milk from his nipples. Suna seductively licked and sucked them, causing Hinata to blush. 

"S-Stop~..mhhhnng~" 

Suna continued to drink the milk from Hinata's nipples. 

"T-the...mnngh~..m-milk....i-isn't...f-for...you~" 

Suna stopped sucking the left nipple, it was swollen and leaking milk. He kissed the omega's forehead. 

"I just couldn't resist you, baby, you tasted so good." 

Hinata was flustered, shoving Suna away. 

"B-baka!" 

He huffed crossing his arms cutely. 

Suna made a pouty kissy face at Hinata. 

"I'm sorry buttercuppppppp can I have kisses please?"

Hinata giggled, making grabby hands. Suna leaned down, snaking his hands around Hinata's waist, pulling him in close. The omega wrapped his arms around his alphas neck, their lips meeting, softly moving in tangent with passion and love. The kiss was soft and sweet, causing Hinata to gently moan, which allowed Suna to slip his tongue in. The kiss made Hinata melt, it was sweet and subtle. 

Hinata broke the kiss, their foreheads meeting, eyes gazing at each other. Bokuto slammed the bedroom door open, rushing in. 

"HEY HEY HEY-" 

He noticed how the two were being intimate over there. Being dramatic, Bokuto whined, going into his emo mode. 

"Baby owl why can't I have kisses?"

The alpha pouted, causing Hinata to giggle, he opened his arms wide for Bokuto who happily came close and pulled Hinata in for a sweet kiss. Hinata giggled between kisses, Bokuto swiftly picking him up, and bringing him downstairs for breakfast. 

Hinata happily ate his breakfast made by Tsukishima, he sipped his orange juice, before he felt a sharp pain in his stomach. He grunted, holding onto his belly. The alpha's turned around running to Hinata. 

"What's wrong/Are you alright/Where does it hurt"

Hinata smiled softly shaking his head. 

"I'm fine." 

The pain came back again after 10 minutes. Hinata was shifting through his seat before he realized a wet feeling. He looked down and screamed. 

"MY WATER BROKE."

The alphas began to panic, grabbing the hospital bag they packed for the babies arrival, they got the car ready, Kageyama was panicking not knowing what to do. 

"GOD DAMN IT GET ME TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!"

They carried Hinata to the car, the rest following, as they made it to the hospital. Hinata was inhaling and exhaling deeply, Asahi was driving Hinata to the hospital, with him in the passenger seat, Kageyama and Noya was in the back seat, asking if Hinata was ok. 

"Are you alright?"

Hinata turned around. 

"DO I FUCKING LOOK ALRIGHT? WHY DON'T YOU PUSH 5 PUPS OUT OF YOUR ASSHOLE"

Kageyama and Noya quickly shut up, not wanting to irritate Hinata anymore. 

"ASAHI I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DON'T DRIVE FASTER I WILL GOD DAMN GIVE BIRTH IN THIS CAR."

Asahi was panicking, trying to drive faster, the rest of the Alpha's were panicking, as their omega was about to give birth to their pups.
