Snapping out of my daydreams, I turned my attention back to Harry. "Let's go pick out seats in the theater and wait for them there." I spoke loudly enough for him to hear, and he managed a nod in return. We made our way over to the ticket check. The place was completely barren except for the few people who must have come to watch the same movie we did, but that wasn't surprising since it was a Monday night. Once we reached the ticket check I handed my ticket to the boy who appeared to be around our age. He smiled flirtatious at me and I couldn't help but smile back politely. I didn't see this boy as dating material, but he wasn't unappealing to the eye. As he handed me back my ticket stub, I felt an arm slither its way around my waist and saw a manly hand shove a ticket into the boys face. The boy looked from me to this stranger and his features immediately changed to fearful. I turned to see who this could be, though I already knew the answer. Harry's flashed a sarcastic smile toward the boy as he handed him back his ticket stub. Harry then began to lead me toward the correct theatre, and once we were out of view of the boy at the ticket check, I pulled Harry's arm off of my and hit him hard on the arm.

"Ow, what the bloody hell was that for?" He questioned, raising his right hand to try to ease the pain I had left on his upper arm.

"What is your problem?!" I huffed at him, loud enough for him to know how angry I am but not loudly enough to make a scene. "It looked like you nearly made the boy pee on himself, that was not ok!"

"I just didn't like the way he was looking at you, he was practically undressing you with his eyes." Harry replied, more calmly than I. I admired his ability to handle most situations as lightly as possible, even though his actions just minutes before proved otherwise.

"Harry, I couldv'e handled it myself, you don't need to always be looking out for me." My tone slightly softened at the realization that he was just trying to look out for my well-being. I sighed and entered the theatre, seeing a few groups of people scattered throughout the rows. I picked a row that was relatively empty and sat down, placing my bag down two seats to my left to leave enough space for Emily and Anthony. Harry followed closely behind, taking the seat to the right of me. I tried to take my mind off of what just happened by paying close attention to the trailers. Soon after we sat down, Anthony and Em came over to us. Anthony handed Harry a bag of popcorn and a container of nachos, causing my expression to change to surprised as I looked over at Harry. He wasn't really one for movie theatre nachos, although he likes them in other places, the cheese sauce just makes him sick. I remembered him ranting about them while we were at the movie night at camp in London. He wouldn't stop talking about how fake the cheese was but I wouldn't stop defending it, I practically eat it every time I go to the movies. I watched him curiously as he held the box of nachos in my direction, I grabbed them, still slightly taken aback at this act of kindness.

"I remembered how much you like them...." he says, not taking his eyes off the screen, he must still feel slightly embarrassed at his action earlier.

"Thank you." I managed to utter, before looking over at Em to see her laughing at something Anthony said. I'm honestly happy for her, she has been watching this guy from afar for months but has never had the courage to say one word to him. Although at first glance, she may seem overly confident and out-going, on the inside she's actually terrified and anxious about almost everything. I smiled as the lights dimmed and the movie finally began to play. Opening my nachos, I began to watch the movie, completely enticed by the story. It was vaguely about a girl whose sister became possessed by a demon, causing a havoc everywhere it went. Although the movie wasn't amazing, I was completely enraptured in the plot-line. About halfway through the movie, after Em and I had finished my nachos, there was a jump scare. The young girl's sister screamed into the camera, causing me to almost jump out of my skin. I hate when that happens, it is the cheapest way for a horror movie to claim to be scary, they just add a loud noise and call it frightening. While huffing in annoyance at the stupidity of the creators of the film, I notice that I was leaning slightly to the right. I look to my side and notice both of my hands clutching to Harry's arm, a smug look plastered on his face. I immediately let go, trying my hardest to hide the red tint of my cheeks as I leaned my body back up straight. Well, isn't that just wonderful; that's going to be hard for me to live down. As the movie credits rolled, I looked over at Emily, who just exhaled and raised her eyebrows, indicating that she was glad it was over. We all rose from our seats and made our way over to the door, being careful so that we don't fumble in the darkness. We made our way toward the exit and I pulled out my phone to text my mother that Emily would drop me off at home shorty.

"So that movie was shit, huh Harry?" Anthony said, breaking the silence, as he shoved Harry playfully with his shoulders. Em laughed at this comment, and after hearing her, Anthony turned to grab a hold of her hand.

"I'm not so sure of that," Harry replied, causing me to look at him questionably. " Abby seemed to find it rather frightening, didn't you Abby?" My mouth went agape as Em and Anthony looked over at me, curiosity written across their faces. I rolled my eyes and continued walking to where Em had parked her car. I heard them mumbling to one another as I increased the distance between us but I didn't care. Once I reached the car, I pulled the handle, only to have it not open. I turned on my heels and saw Emily over at Anthony's car, kissing him goodbye. My eyes were soon caught by Harry rubbing his hand against the back of his neck. God, I don't know why I find that so attractive but I couldn't keep my eyes off of him. He noticed me staring and waved in my direction; I waved back awkwardly in response. As Emily made her way over to me and Anthony went into the driver seat, Harry mouthed one phrase to me.

"See you tomorrow, sweetheart." I rolled my eyes in response, hiding the smile creeping on my lips. Emily's voice brought me back from my thoughts.

"What did he mean when he said the movie scared you?"
