I've been to a lot of parties and this one too was, nothing special.

For starters, my friends from university weren't here so after a while I got bored dancing on the floor on my own. And the one who had invited me in the first place, Namjoon hyung that is, was busy with his girlfriend.

I didn't blame him. His girlfriend was drunk and he needed to look after her. But I had been hoping that I'd get some attention as well.

In a way I did. Girls flaunted around me. For some reason, they love boys majoring in dance and then there were my charms that drew girls to me like magnates to iron. I liked to entertain them too but after a while it turned boring.

Every girl seemed to be same to me.

I'd still try to be a gentleman though. Buying them drinks, conversing them with interesting conversation even though most of them didn't catch up with me, dance with them although their moves felt out of sync with my body.

Now I was regretting coming here. After coming from Japan from my educational student exchange program over the summer this was the first invitation to a party I had gotten. And like any other guy would, I jumped right into the opportunity. But now I just wanted to just go back home.

I was thinking that party was going to be boring till the end. But good God, how wrong was I.

I was just drinking and entertaining two girls sitting beside me when I caught something. Or should I say, she.

She looked something like a gold spoon in silver cutlery. It was hard not to notice.

A girl, rather short and dressed in the most simplest of outfits someone could pick for a party, that is, a grey t-shirt and black sweats was making her way into the crowd, the later parting when she crossed them.

She had ombre silver locks, which in the neon lights of hall shined along with their colours. Her face was so cute and somehow oddly familiar.

I got a feeling in my heart. Like it almost stopped or beated too hard for a second. I didn't know. I was too busy following her with my eyes.

From her sharp eyebrows to big eyes to a button nose to her uneven lips and small chin. All of them were telling me something. I was intrigued. I had a feeling I knew this girl and I also had a feeling that I didn't know her at all.

Not for long though. Time to switch the two girls sitting beside me. By this time I was already out of their conversation bubble.

I stood up from where I was sitting and decided to go after her, parting the mass of human bodies but my feet came to halt when I saw where she stopped.

Namjoon hyung?

No no she isn't meeting him. She is definitely acquainted to his girlfriend.

At least it looked like that from the way she was holering up the tall brunette. I always had a feeling that Yoorae didn't like me way before she became hyung's girlfriend and used to hang out with us; and now I'm really regretting not trying to smoothen up things between us!

In less than a few seconds the trio moved out of the club and I had to sit back in the pathetic seat. Now even those girls weren't here. But I think I like it better. I wasn't having any fun either way.

The party was a total bummer to me. Hoseok hyung wasn't here beaming at me with his cute little sounds neither was Jeongguk with his bambi eyes. Namjoon hyung left. Maybe I should go back too.

I hate this. I hate this so much! I can't even count how many times I've done it in the past and Yoorae is definitely getting a scolding from me!
