"Man I told her to stop tripping, all this shit was gonna work itself out" Dior said tossing the ball he had up in the air
"Look she loves you D and the last thing she wants is for you to be tied into some shit you ain't got no business being in especially since she knows you wanna go pro all that shit would be a waste" I said trying to talk my little brother off the edge like always
"You think I don't know that V. I love that girl and besides I ain't think she was gonna be back that soon but trust me this gonna be the last time" Dior said
"You said that last time, would be it for you. Why you keep doing this shit if it makes her unhappy" I said
"You don't know the last time I felt alive, that's all it is but I'm serious this is going to be my last time. You know the NBA draft coming up. That has to be my main focus speaking of the draft are you coming" Dior said
I sighed, I just hoped my brother would get it together
"Yeah I know, but you need to talk to her Lyric loves you and I don't want you tarnishing that over some bullshit that's not worth it. Of course I'm going to be at the draft. This is your big moment I wouldn't miss it for the world" I said smiling
"Thanks sis, imma get up outta here though. Lyric get off in a bit and I gotta be there to pick her up" Dior said putting the ball down
"Well I guess you better hurry then" I said watching as my little brother grabbed his keys. We shared a quick hug before he left
I went into the kitchen so I could start on some dinner for myself until my phone started ringing

"And we were but then last night I'm at his house because he claimed he wanted to see me. So I go over there soon as I get there I'm knocking first because you know I don't just randomly walk into people shit. This nigga took 15 minutes to answer the door. Anyways when he finally came to the door tell me why this nigga popped his head out" Alyssa said
"No he didn't" I said
"Yes the fuck he did anyways why he gonna ask me what am I doing there so I'm like did you forget that you said you wanted to see me. He gonna say no of course not yet he wasn't trying to let me come inside so I'm asking him what's up because he was being funny with me and I didn't know why. We been cooling for damn near a year so I was highly confused. Now me being me I was able to push the door open, why did he have some bitch with blonde hair in the kitchen with his shirt on" Alyssa said
"Deadass, I can't believe Jason" I said
"Yup, I had to refrain myself from knocking his head off his damn shoulders. If he wanted to cheat he should've done that shit a long time ago leaving me out of it and to make matters worse this asshole been feeding me lies upon lies saying how he wants to be with me and that he can't wait for us to get a place together and become a real family" Alyssa said
"Man nigga's ain't shit I tell you" I said
"Speaking of nigga's what happened to Dave, I thought y'all were kicking it" Alyssa said
"Kicking it my ass" I said becoming angry all over again
"Alright spill it" Alyssa said
"Girl I let that man go, we were kicking it until I found out he was still fucking on his baby mom behind my back. You know that shit don't fly with me I refuse to look stupid in public and private" I said
"Damn friend, how did you come across this information though" Alyssa said
"Same way how I always find out shit, by these bitches being messy as fuck on instagram. I guess they anniversary had just passed and you gotta remember at the time Dave gave me the password to his Instagram so anyways she posted a mirror photo of them which was posted two hours after he came from my house and I only knew because one he didn't change his outfit and even though his face wasn't showing I did his hair so I knew exactly how it was done. Then the comment she put really set me off 'above everything I'm the only one who really has your heart, happy 1 year anniversary baby ' girl Dave was laying next to me too you don't know how bad I wanted to drag his sorry ass outta that bed" I said
"Whew honey, the tea is piping hot today. Nigga's really ain't shit" Alyssa said
"And ain't but that sorry ass nigga old news and I just laugh now because she talking about she really has his heart but even after I left that nigga alone he still be hitting me up and making subliminal shit about me on his instagram. You can't have somebody heart and still wanna fuck with somebody else" I said
"You know cuz she his baby mother she feel entitled to shit" Alyssa said
"Well I hope she feels entitled to an ass whooping as well" I said causing Alyssa to laugh
