Middle School was coming to an end soon. All of the students were turning in their forms in which they were choosing which high school they wanted to attend, some taking their preferred schools prelim test to figure out their chances. Yuuma sat at his desk with a troubled look on his face, holding on to that still empty piece of paper. So many thoughts were swirling through his head. What did he want for his future? Where did he want to go? What did he want to do?
He wanted to help people, so maybe a doctor? He knew of a certain 'youthful' heroine that was ecstatic when he'd discovered his psychic healing ability and wanted him under her wing. She works as a nurse at that school. He loved to learn, so maybe a scholar? He knew a certain tired grumpy hobo-looking someone who worked at a certain school, which also happened to be that school as well. He was very good at his job despite his disposition. The curriculum at this school was top notch with the best resources at their disposal.
That school was also where his mom and dad had graduated, it's where they met, and where they forged their friendship which eventually became a lot more. There were so many different reasons to pick this particular school, no matter how hard it was to get in. Yuuma had studied relentlessly, and his aunt used whatever spare time she had to help him train. He was proud of how much his stamina had improved over the years.
His aunt, she'd gave him something to think about in their last training session.
-Yesterday Afternoon-
"Yuuma, have you decided what you want to do? Where you want to go?" She asked, them having taken a short break from his physical training. Over the years they'd discovered that the stronger his body is, the more he can do with his abilities. So along with focusing on his now acute control, they'd been working on increasing his stamina. Of course, this part of his training was without the use of his abilities. At first, he could barely do anything without passing out in a sweating heap, but after 6 years, his stamina showed great improvement!
"There are a lot of things I've thought about doing." He started, "With my healing ability, I could help a lot of people by being a doctor. I love learning and helping others learn subjects they have trouble on, so maybe I could also be a teacher. There are a lot of things I've considered..."
"But?"
"But... none of them feel right. I don't know why, Auntie... After all of the time I put into trying to figure it out, you'd think I'd of found the answer by now..."

With that, she scooted closer to him until she was directly beside him. "Yuuma." She said softly. He looked up to her, meeting her warm gaze with a curious anticipation. "You've always been smarter and more mature than the kids your age. You still have the innocence of a child, but you comprehend things like an adult."
"What do you mean, Auntie? Isn't it a good thing that I'm smart?" He asked.
She sighed, smiling as she answered his questions. "Yes, it's a good thing, but it also isn't. See, you're always thinking with this," She pointed to his head, "instead of with this." Her finger traveled down to the center of his chest. His eyes widened with familiarity. "What matters is what's in here, kid."
'All that matters is what's in here. I know you can do it if you want to, sweetie.'
"The question I asked isn't meant to be answered with your head, it's meant to be answered with your heart." She got up, deciding that they'd trained enough for the day. Before heading in the house to make dinner, she turned to him, "So, I'll ask again Yuuma: What do you want to do? Where do you want to go? Who do you want to be?"
-Present-
Class had since ended for the day, Katsuki being revealed to be taking a shot at Yuuei. Apparently Izuku was also trying to go to the same school, much to the displeasure of Katsuki. Everyone laughed at his hope, but Yuuma's deadpan stare at them shut them up quickly.
