In what seemed like slow motion, I watched as Liam stepped forward and wrapped his arms around Danielle, much like he had only ten minutes ago after our interview. Liam's family slowly left my side and walked over to them, talking excitedly. But I couldn't hear them, I couldn't hear anything over the blood pounding in my ears.

He had dropped my hand as if it were burning him, and the look on his face when he saw Danielle was the same look he had given me in the forest, and last night. He hadn't let go of her yet, to my disgust.

I don't know how long I had stood there, but suddenly the families were being ushered out the door and to a resturant, where I still seemed stuck in place. Niall took my hand quietly and led me along, Stella as close as she could get on my other side. Dinner seemed like a blur, and all I could see was Liam holding Danielle's hand and smiling at her. And every time he laughed, a part of me died.

Somehow, everyone was dismissed, yet Eleanor, Perrie and Danielle got to come back to our suite with us. I guess hours had passed, but it felt like no time at all as I watched Danielle lean her head on Liam's shoulder the entire car ride back. We made it back to the hotel, and everyone broke off into their couples, with Louis and Eleanor heading straight for his room, Zayn and Niall and their girls to the kitchen, and Liam and Danielle to the living room. I stayed in the hallway where it met the main room, brooding through my feelings and finally coming out of that fog with only one thought:

Liam lied to me.

"Are you jealous?"

I jumped as Harry appeared beside me, breaking my from my trance. "What? No!" I looked back to where Liam and Danielle sat on one of the couches, talking like there was no tomorrow. My heart started hurting all over again as I mumbled, "Maybe a little."

Harry smirked and leaned on the opposite side of the doorway as me. "You know, they were in love. And together for a whole two years."

"You're not helping." I grumbled, crossing my arms and looking towards the ground.

Harry looked back at them. "What he did to you wasn't fair, however. Leading you on while we were trapped, taking care of you, helping you and confiding in you...Not to mention telling you he had feelings for you and then going back to Danielle as soon as she shows up in a pretty little dress."

I avoided Harry's gaze. I knew exactly what he was trying to get at, but I didn't stop him.

"I never would have lied to you about how I felt."

"Would every other girl you've gotten with agree with that?" I countered, glaring up at him. He held my stare evenly, and for a moment, I saw something different in his eyes. Then it was gone, and they were back to their charming green color.

"Probably not. But I think you know what you mean to me." He said, turning back to look at Liam. In my mind, I flashed back to last night when we had all gotten drunk together. In all of that mess, Liam hadn't been the only one to confess his feelings for me that night.

"Just remember everything I've told you." He finished, standing up straight. I felt him move until he was right behind me, motions mimicking the ones from last night. Harry leaned his head down until his mouth was by my ear, breath hot on my neck. His hands settled on my waist, causing my eyelids to flutter closed.

"If you ever want to act on it, let me know." My eyes remained closed, trying to steady my breathing. I could feel him smirk, he was so close. "And also, remember that i've seen you naked. I'm still ready and waiting, love." His hands gripped my waist tighter for a moment, and then he was slipping away. I opened my eyes and found Liam staring at me, looking like he had been slapped. Danielle was still talking away, oblivious to the fact that he wasn't listening anymore. I raised my eyebrows. He was the one feeling hurt? I gave him a look, clearly signaling that I was the one being hurt. He dropped his gaze, then looked back at me with those sad puppy eyes.
