CHAPTER 11

KJ POV

I was done eating my icecream so I went up in my room. I miss mommy and daddy. Uncle Quinn said they didn't want me no more. I cry a lot because I think I did something bad.

I heard footsteps and my door opened. It was Uncle Quinn and a man.

Quinn: Hey kiddo!

Me: Hi!

Quinn: This is my good friend, Mr. Ray

The guy waved at me and I waved back.

Then uncle Q came over to me and whispered into my ear.

Quinn: Whatever he says so, you do it!

Me: Otay

Uncle Quinn walked out of the room. Mr. Ray closed the door and locked it.

Ray: Get on the bed!

Me: Why?

Ray: Do what I say!

I hurried and got on the bed. He started to take off my clothes. I didn't know what he was doing but I don't think I liked it. He started to take off his clothes and I just laid there.

Ray: Put yo butt in the air!

I did as I was told because I didn't want him to yell at me again.

Me: What are you about to do?

Ray: I'm about to make you feel really good

Then I felt something go up my butt. I screamed so loud. This doesn't feel good at all.

HI'ILANI POV

Me: So What We Get Druuuunk? So what we smoke weed? Were just having funnnnnn, we don't care who sees!

Kobe: So what we go ouuuut? That's how its supposed to beee!

Both: LIVING YOUNG AND WILD AND FREEEE!

We both fell out laughing. Were just being real stupid right now. It's fun to let loose every once and a while. To just forget about all the drama and be happy!

Then his phone rang.

Kobe: Hello?..... Who is this?..... Mane what you want!?..... Hop off my dick girl!.... You left me and I moved on! Why can't you?......You on some real thot like shit!..... I'm blocking this damn number!.....bye!

I already knew who it was.

He plopped down on the couch looking annoyed. I crawled on his lap and kissed him on his cheek.

Me: It's gonna be OK baby! Don't let her kill yo vibe

Kobe: It's not OK Lani! My son is missing, my friend is in jail and my baby mama keeps bugging me! Why me?

I just sighed.

Me: Bae, let her be her! Just worry about trying to find KJ. Fuck her!

Kobe: Mane it's tough

He put his head in his hands and sighed. I can tell that He's aggravated.

Me: Just calm down baby, calm down

DYANA POV

How the hell could he treat me like this? I took a fucking bullet for him and all this bitch did was give him some pussy! I don't care what him or his bitch says, she just a rebound. I really need to get my mind off of this.

I put on some black jeans, a batman shirt and my black and yellow Air Jordan 4s. I put my hair into a messy bun and grabbed all my stuff. I hopped in my car and started driving.

A Few Minuets Later

Right now I'm at the park. I always go here to just clear my mind from everything. I felt somebody sit next to me and I looked up to notice that it was the guy from the mall.

Me: Are you like... stalking me?

He just laughed and looked straight.

???: I don't stalk. If I wanted you I would have you

I just rolled my eyes and zoned into my phone. Then he smiled showing his left dimple.

???: I'm Derion

Me: Dyana

We shook hands.

Derion: That's a cute name

Me: Thanks

He nodded his head and we started talking. We learned a little about each other and He's pretty chill.

As day turned into noon, the sun started to set. I started to yawn and stood up.

Me: Well, I should get going.

Derion:  Damn ma, at least let me walk you to ya car

I shrugged and he got up and shoved his hands in his pants pockets.

Derion:  Aye, sorry for all the shit you went through. If I was him and had another chance with you, I would have dropped whatever bitch I had and ran to you!

I let out a small laugh and sighed.

Me: I wish he felt the same way

We got to my car and I unlocked the door. I hopped in and rolled the window down.

Derion:  Could you do me the favor of giving me yo number?

I rolled my eyes and gave it to him.

Derion:  I'll text you when I get home

Me: OK

He surprised me by kissing me on my cheek. I was blushing mad hard.

Derion:  Bye Dyana

Me: Bye Derion

He walked away but I was still in a daze. Am I already catching feelings? Nope. Not possible. I finally started up my car and drove home. He was on my mind the whole car ride.

Could he be my escape?
