Two

Bryce's POV
I didn't want to fall asleep incase her phone rang. She sleeps light but I don't want it to wake her. When she gets the call I'll answer it and then drive her to the hospital.

After about 3 hours her phone started to ring. I quickly picked it up so try ringing wouldn't wake her.

"Hello?" I answered. "Hi, this is LA Memorial Hospital. We're looking for Addison Easterling?" The woman said over the phone. "She's my best friend she's asleep right now. Did any of them wake up?" I asked still running my fingers up and down her back. "We're not allowed to disclose that information with you but if you can bring her in that would be great." she answered. "Okay we'll be there soon."  I hung up.

I put her phone in my pocket, put on a shirt and went to open every door on the way to the car. I carried her to the car and put a blanket over her legs. I had one arm steering and the other one propped on the center console. After a few minutes Addi hugged my arm and laid her head on my shoulder. When I parked at the hospital it was time to wake up Addison. I would carry her in but they tend to get worried when you walk in carrying someone.

"Addison..." I shook my arm a little bit. She didn't budge. "Addi, come on. Wake up." I shook my arm again. "Bryce, I'm tired." She said getting up and rubbing her eyes. "Where are we?" She asked getting a look around. "We're at the hospital. You got a call and they said to bring you in. They weren't allowed to tell me anything." I told said brushing her hair out of her face. "Come on let's go inside." I said rubbing her knee and then getting out of the car.

I put my arm around her while we walked cause it was cold outside and she gets cold really easily. (all y'all who are also anemic like your favorite writer on this app you know what i'm talking about) 

"Hi I'm Addison Easterling, I got a call saying to come in my friend answered so I don't exactly know what happened but can you tell me where my family is?" Addison said asked.

"I only have one Easterling is there another name to look under?" She asked as Addi and I both handed her our ID's. "Lopez. Monty, Enzo and Lucas." Addi said getting back our ID's and our visitors stickers.

"Up to the 5th floor, make a left and room 576 is Lucas and the one right next door in Enzo. 4th floor, make a left, room 469 is Sheri Easterling with Monty Lopez in the room right next door. Lucas is the only one of your family who is awake and responsive." She explained. We thanked her and made our way to Lucas's room.

"Addi!" He yelled when he saw her. She ran into his room and hugged him so tightly. He had a cast on his right wrist. "Thank God you're okay." She whispered as she held his head in their hug. "I'm never riding an airplane ever again!" He said to us. "That's okay." I said hugging him when Addison finally let him breathe. "You don't have to." I said putting him back down on the bed.

"Where's Momma? And Daddy? And Enzo?" Lucas asked sitting up in his bed. I really don't think that he should be moving around this much. He's gonna be in a lot of pain later.

"They're in their rooms, sleeping. Why don't you stay here with Bryce and I'll go check on them." Addison said getting up from his bed where she was laying with him. "No I'll go. You stay here with him. You need the rest. You both do." I told her getting up from the edge of the bed.

I covered them both with the blanket and then went to go check on Enzo. Poor boy was covered in bruises. He had scrapes all over him. The nurse that was in the room told me that he should be fine. He just had some contusions.

I was almost scared to check on Monty and Sheri. Knowing them they probably did everything to protect the boys and got themselves hurt in the process. Such amazing parents.

When I get downstairs I saw Sheri hooked up to a whole bunch of machines. Addison would've been crushed if she came down here. I don't want her to feel that way again but I have to tell her.

"Do you think she's going to be okay?" I asked the nurse. "Who are you to her?" She asked. "She's like my second mother. Her daughter and I have a complicated relationship but we're not together yet. Sorry you didn't ask for all that." I shook my head. "It's okay. She's getting stronger and when she wakes up we'll be able to take her off the vent." She answered me. That's good, but then a whole bunch of alarms went of in Monty's room.

"What's going on?" I asked when I saw a whole bunch of doctors rush in. "He's going into cardiac arrest!"
