Ch.1 New Start

* KATE'S POV*

I burst open the restaurant's glass doors, the smile on my face couldn't have been any bigger. I pulled on my daddy's sleeve to get his attention.

"I'm so glad we are back!" I smiled.
I never really see my father smile...except when he watches scary movies with me...or when the news has something horrible on it, like if someone dies or something. It's pretty strange.

"We were only gone for the weekday," My father replied.

He turns around and pulls out the keys to unlock the office door. He walks in and shuts it behind him. I know it may seem he doesn't love me.. But he does!Every time I go to bed he tells me story's and how much he loves me or how I look just like mommy....mommy....I miss her...Daddy told me when I was born she got really sick and died.

I guess her last words were to my daddy and she said to never let me go. My daddy has kept his promise to my mommy! He takes care of me and loves me! He is a good daddy.

*FREDDY'S POV*

I saw little Kate tonight. She is a smart girl, and she can fix almost anything, even us..Her and her father come early to set up the main room for when the kids come and play.

Really she is the only one we can talk to or be ourselves around.. I love the girl, but every time I look in her eyes I can't help but feel angry. Her father was a killer... She had his eyes...Every time me and the others look in her eyes it makes us mad.

But yet, we didn't want to hurt her. It was her father, not her. I swear the moment I get my hands on that man...I'm personally going to make him suffer..He knows we go killing the night watchers, but yet he sends in more to their deaths. But he has never told Kate that..I'm afraid that her father might hurt her...or even me...

"Hey Freddy!!" Kate yelled.

I smiled at her as she struggles to climb up the stage..she was a really small girl for her age at 10. I picked her up and help up the stage..

"Hi there Kate!" I sat her down on my lap.

She giggles " It's good to see u guys again, it's been so long"

Chica walks over " It's only been two days silly!" Her voice box starts to act up.

Kate looked a little worried. " Your voice box is acting up again, hold on let me fix that" Kate hops off my lap and reached in Chica's mouth.

"Ewwww!! Chica what did I tell you about eating to much pizza!" Kate and Chica start to giggle.

Kate pulls her arm out of Chica's mouth. "There we go! should be all Bett-"

"KATE!! WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT GETTING TO CLOSE TO THEM?!?" It was her father... Kate's eyes got wide.

"S-sorry d-daddy!! I -I was j-just trying to fix them!!" Her father was at the end of the dark hallway... but you could still see his eyes. Them eyes I will never forget.

"Come here right now!" He yelled.

Kate hopped off the stage and walked over him..

He pointed to his office and she went inside and he closed the door behind him.. But before he went he gave me a twisted smile..I now couldn't hear them. They were in his office.

"Poor girl, doesn't know" I hear Bonney muttered. "That her father it's a monster and insane."

I looked at Bonney. "Let's just hope she doesn't follow in his foot steps" he added.

How could he say that? Kate was a sweet smart child! She was nothing like her father...I think...
