I Will Not Lose To Death

*Purple Guys Pov*

She stopped breathing....
No..
I won't lose her....
Never...
She will be by my side forever...
Not even death can take her away....
I will make sure of that....

Once I arrived at the hospital, I didn't even close my car door.
The moment I got in I saw Phone Guy, in the waiting room with his head in his hands.

"Where is she!!!" I yelled

I was panicking. I never felt this way before...being scared is something I was not used to.

"She is in the emergency room.." He said, with his hands still on his face. "All we can do is wait.."

*Kates Pov*

I slowly open my eyes, but immediately regretting it, the light burned my eyes.
I was lying on a bed, in a white room..
I had no idea where I was till I started to hear a beeping sound.
A heart monitor? That's when I remember what happen. I was stabbed then beaten... I put my hand on my face and could feel bruises..I figured they were probably all over my body..

I felt something move at the bottom of my bed..
When I looked down I saw daddy...
He had his head on the bottom of the bed...he was sleeping.

I smiled, I was so happy to see him. But it looked like he hasn't slept in days or weeks...
How long have I been out?
I must of been a while, because daddy's hair was much longer..

"Daddy..." I choke..
My throat was sore..
I tried to get up, but a horrible pain shot up in my stomach.
I let out a little whimper.

"Daddy..." I whispered trying not to damage my throat anymore.

Nope still sleeping...
I giggled, he looked so peaceful sleeping...
I put my head back down and started stare at the celling.. But I got bored fast, so the only thing I could do is turn my head to the right, to find something new to look at..

That's when I saw Mr.Phone Guy sitting in a chair in the corner. He was sleeping too!

I started to try and move..
I stop once again because of the pain..
Wow, just woke up 10 minutes ago and I'm already bored out of my mind..

I felt daddy move. Is he wake!! My heart stopped..

"Kate?!?Sweetheart!!" I heard him yell

Before I knew it he was leaning in front of me, with a huge smile on his face and little tears in his eyes.

"Daddy!"I cried.

That's when he gave me a hug and he didn't let go..

"You have no idea how long I wanted to hear you say daddy!!" He cried

It was heartbreaking to hear my daddy cry.. This is the first time I ever saw my daddy cry.

"They told me that you weren't going to make it.." He cries while still hugging me tightly.

I could feel my daddy's tears hit my cheek. I felt horrible...I was the reason daddy is so upset

"I'm so sorry daddy.." I whispered in his ear..

"Kate you died...at first they couldn't bring you back.." He cried.

This pain, it won't go away...the pain I felt from hurting my own daddy..
I started to cry..
Daddy hugged me even tighter.
I never wanted him to let go. I wanted to stay like this forever.

But the moment ended when the doctor came in the room

"Mr. Vincent I need to speak with you." The doctor said in a firm voice.
