Tonight was your movie night with Draco and you had promised that you would let him pick out tonight's movie. Right now Draco was rifling away through your DVD collection in an attempt to find a movie he would be interested in. However you were becoming irritated because he was taking too long. "Come on Draco just pick a movie, It not that hard." Draco waved you off. "I'm almost done." he said hurriedly. "I just want to find the right one." You sighed as you lay down on your side of the bed at this rate you would fall asleep if Draco didn't pick something. "And ha! Found it!" He exclaimed. "That's great bubs, Now put it in before I fall asleep." He put the movie in the DVD player and made his way over to you, he sat down beside and pulled you into a hug. "What are we watching?" You said sleepily, Draco smiled cheekily. "You'll see." You looked up at Draco with suspicious look until he told you to look at the TV screen, what you saw almost made your eyes widen sitting up abruptly, you turned to your boyfriend to watch him let out a loud laugh. "Babe it's ok It's just a movie." Draco said. "That's easy for you to say you don't scare easily!" You said hoping he'd change his mind, Draco chuckled as he pulled you into his side and wrapped two strong arms around your body." Sshh you'll be fine." he whispered to you while kissing your hair as he pressed play on the movie. At first there was a few unnerving scenes here and there but nonetheless wasn't as scary as you had anticipated it to be. However, as the movie became more intense you started to become more scared. The moment the red-faced demon was shown in the movie, you jumped in Draco's arms and buried your face in his chest
to which he'd only pulled you closer and kissed you protectively. Towards the end of the movie, you looked up at your boyfriend to notice that he was looking down at you with a gentle smile on his face. "What are you smiling about?" Draco laughed a little. "Do you know the only reason why I picked this movie was so that I could hold you tight like this." When he said that you sat up a bit straighter in his arms. "Really?" Draco blushed. "Yea... I like holding you like this, I like protecting you." He said as a blush formed on your cheeks "Why?" Draco swallowed thickly as he looked down at you. "I... I guess it makes me feel good knowing that you feel safe when you're around me, I love the fact that when you get scared the first place you run to is my arms." You smiled up at him until you heard a loud blood curling screaming causing you to almost to jump out of Draco's arms. "Woah there!" he chuckled gripping your waist tightly. "Hey, look at me." he said lifting your chin so you would look at him. "You're safe okay, I promise nothing will hurt you." You nodded melting into his embrace. He laid down on the couch pulling you on top of him and quickly wrapping his arms around your back, you blushed even deeper when he tilted his head up and placed a soft kiss on your lips. As the movie credits began to roll, Draco kept you in his tight embrace as he continued to kiss you. Both of you were oblivious to the fact that the movie was now over, you two were too busy blissfully making out with each other.
