chapter three : prepare

i woke up at around six in the morning to my alarm, i had no time to waste. i had to tidy the house with george and get dressed and prepare literally everything. i turned youtube on the living room television and played "glass animals - heatwaves". i was actually having a great time tidying my room until george came in, recording me literally dying of laughter.
"what the fuck do you want" i said, angry he'd disrupted me.
"THE SONG CLAY LISTEN" he replied, oblivious
"the song?" i thought. i had no idea what he meant and he left awkwardly just laughing. i continued until my room and most of the house was spotless. george helped quite a bit actually, we made sure all the spare bedrooms were prepared for everyone. when cleaning remaining dishes from mine and george's dinner, i suddenly realised that no one had seen my face as i never used a facecam before. only discord calls. i quickly set up my stream which now had an average of around eighteen thousand viewers and set up my webcam. to describe my appearance i had dark brown hair, blue eyes with a tiny bit of acne and freckles. i wore braces on my teeth as i had done the last two years. everyone complimented me on that stream and it make me feel so heart warmed that i wasn't getting made fun of for my looks and people genuinely enjoy the content i bring. i decided to scroll through some social media whilst waiting for george to go pick them up as i'd showered and got dressed earlier. i was scrolling until i saw fanart and edits of me and i actually started to tear up. i liked as many as i could as i made my way to the bathroom to do my face routine. i had used all creams and was about to use cleanser and i accidentally splashed it into my eye. i ran out of the room screaming george's name to help until i ran into someone.
"GEORGE HELP I GOT IT IN MY EYE DICKHEAD"
"uh sure olivia?" i heard a voice say that wasn't george. i started shaking who was it? did i know them or what? i quickly patted my eye with a towel and was now open to see sapnap infront of me.
"NICK?" i said, realising they'd arrived.
