Pros:
-user can create these creatures any time they want
-user can manipulate nerves of others
-user can control creatures easily
-user can shock someone's nerves as an attack
Cons:
-user does not have control immediately
-user can cause serious nerve damage with too much manipulation
-user can not control electricity in creatures
-user will kill someone if they fry the nerves
Weakness: overuse
User starts to damage their own nerves with overuse
