Pros:
-user can make shield with or without body
-user make shield super strong
-user can layer shield
-user can shield others
Cons:
-user will normally use body
-user will always user a lot of energy with depending strength
-user must layer shield at times
-user will use more energy with disjointed shields
Weakness: exhaust
Shields become more random with the user exhausted
