User can make others cry
Pros:
-user can do this to multiple people
-user can change type of crying (sad/happy/etc.)
-user can make tears acidic
-user can poison targets through tears
-user can control those crying
Cons:
-user will be restless with less than 3 people under their control
-user always has a connection to the emotion the target feels
-user will seriously injure targets who have acidic tears
-user must have a lot of energy to poison targets
-user can't control targets after they cry
Weakness: their own tears
User will burn their skin if they cry and will have lasting scars
