Chapter 20

*Louis P.O.V.*

I stared at Zach with wide eyes. He looked down at me with judging eyes.

"I don't like you."He said suddenly. I looked at him taken back. What did he just say? Did he just say he doesn't like me?

"Um what?"I asked him raising an eyebrow.

"I don't like. You think your cool and hot because your in a famous boy band. I know your type Tomlinson , and I don't want you dating my sister."Zach said looking down at me with disgust written all over his face. I clenched my jaw and looked up at him. I stood taller and shook my head at him.

"I'm sorry but you got it all wrong. I'm not like that at all."I stated matter-o-factly.

"Are you correcting me Tomlinson?"Zach growled at me. I flinched a little but stood tall.

"Yes I am Zach. I know you don't want me dating your sister because you dont trust me but , let me tell you this...I love Brooklyn and I would never let anyone , or anything hurt her. I would never leave her , unless she asked me to , and I will be by her side forever. I'm not gonna leave her because you want me to...I'm not gonna let go of her that easily."I said to him. He looked down at me quiet for a second before he glared at me again.

"What are you gonna do when she gets hate? When you leave her to go on tour? What about your job?"He fired off all these questions , and I answered than all.

"I'm gonna protect her from all the hate , I'll make sure I call her everyday , text her twenty-four seven etc....this is just a job to me , Brook means more to me than this. I would choose her over this job any day."I said to him truthfully. Zach looked down at me and held his hands up.

I closed my eyes and cowered thinking he was gonna hit me but , instead I was brought into a huge hug. I opened my eyes and saw that Zach was actually hugging me. I didn't know what to do so I just hugged him back.

"Um.."I still had no clue what to do as I patted his back. He than let go of me and grinned down at me as he put his hands on my shoulders.

"You passed the test Louis , I give you permission to date my little sister ,"He started , "but , if you Burt her I will hunt you down and kill you. Got it?"He asked. I gulped and nodded my head yes.

"Y- yes."I stuttered out.

"Great! Well than let's go back inside."Zach said throwing his arm around my shoulder and leading us back into the hospital and into Brooklyn's room.

"Come on Lou I want you to meet my family."Zach said leading me to the woman and two kids I saw earlier.

"Louis this is my wife Melissa , Melissa this is Louis , Brookie's boyfriend."Zach said. Melissa smiled at me and held her hand out. I smiled back and took her hand and shook it.

"Nice to meet you."She said.

"Likewise."I said and she just laughed.

"Louis , these are my kids , Edward and Ethan."Zach said pointing to two boys.

"Hello Edward and Ethan , I'm Louis."I said smiling down at them. They both ran to me and tackled me to the ground.

"Oof."I said as I hit the floor. The kids giggled as they hugged me and crawled on me.

"Hi Louis!"One boy exclaimed as he smiled down at me. I smiled up at him.

"I'm Edward!"He shouted in my face. I laughed at him and he just gave me a toothy grin.

"And I'm Ethan!"Ethan exclaimed.

"We're twins! You know what twins are?"Edward asked me.

"Yeah I do , I have twin sisters."I told them. I looked at the both of them trying to find a way to tell them apart. I looked at Edward who had short feathery brown/red hair , emerald green eyes , and a tan complexion , also dimples.

"How old are you two?"I asked looking over at Ethan who also had brown/red hair except his was more curly , light light blue eyes , tan complexion , and also dimples.

"5!"They exclaimed. I grinned and realized how I could tell them apart. Edward has green eyes , and Ethan has blue eyes.

"Cool."I said to them sitting up.

"How old are you Lou?"Edward asked me sitting in my lap.

"I'm twenty."I said with a smile.

"Your old!"Ethan exclaimed. I laughed and nodded.

"Yeah I am old."I said.

"No your young."Edward said patting my shoulder.

"Thanks bud."I said ruffling his hair.

"So your Auntie B's boyfriend?"Ethan asked. My smile faltered a little as I swallowed the lump in my throat and nodded my head yes.

"Y-yeah."I stuttered out as the tears threatened to fall.

"Boys don't bug Louis about that."Melissa said grabbing both of the boys.

"I'm so sorry about them Louis."She said.

"Don't worry , it's fine."I said my voice cracking at the end as I stood up. She nodded and walked out with Ethan and Edward scolding them all the way. I sighed and looked over at Brook.

"Louis , its time to go."Harry said peeking his head in the room. I looked over at him and nodded. I walked over to Brook and kissed her forehead.

"I love you."I said as i started to walk out the room. I gave her one last glance before sighing and walking out of the room. I just want a nap...
