Chapter 23

*Louis P.O.V.*

"No...,"My eyes snapped open and I looked at her with sad eyes. Than a smile spread across her face and her small delicate hand grabbed my hand.

"Of course I remember you Louis."She said. I sighed in relief and glared playfully at her.

"Not cool Brook , you scared me baby."I said standing up and wrapping my arms around her. She laughed a little and wrapped her arms around me.

"I'm sorry for scaring you Boo."She whispered.

"It's okay."I muttered quietly. I pulled away as we heard a knock on the door. We looked up and saw the doctor come in with a smile.

"Brooklyn , your stats are doing very well , so well in fact that you can go home whenever you would like to. Have a wonderful day."The doctor smiled at us before leaving the room.

"I wanna leave today. By the way what day is it today?"She asked me.

"It is the twenty-third of December."I informed her with a smile. Her eyes widened as she looked up at me.

*Brook's P.O.V.*

The twenty-third? Did he just say that? Oh no!

"Whats wrong love?"Louis asked me , concern lacing his voice.

"Its the twenty-third , that means tomorrow is your birthday and than its Christmas."I said looking up at him with wide eyes.

"I didn't even get to finish Christmas shopping."I said exasperated as I fell back onto my bed.

"Already finished your shopping for you."A voice said from the doorway. I looked up and saw my sister Christina standing in the doorway with a smile , and with my brothers Luke and Zach.

"Chissy! Zach , Luke! I missed you all! Come here!"I yelled at them. They all laughed and ran in the room and surrounded me. I hugged all of them and than looked over at Louis who was smiling at us.

"Louis have you met my brothers and sister?"I asked him pointing at my siblings.

"Yeah I met them already."He said with a grin. My eyes widened a little.

"What about Zach?"I asked him. Everyone laughed at me.

"Don't worry Brook , Louis is cool , I give him permission to date you."Zach said smiling down at me than over at Lou who returned the smile. I sighed in relief and smiled also.

"So you finished my shopping?"I asked Chrissy.

"Yes well except for Louis present."She said.

"Good , I wanna get Louis present."I said looking over at Louis who was playing with Edward and Ethan. I smiled and I saw a flash in the corner of my eyes.

"Can I leave now?"I asked.

"Yeah we just need to have a family member fill out these papers and your all set."A nurse said. I was about to stand up till I remembered I was in a hospital gown.

"Here you go."Chrissy said handing me some clothes.

Boys out now."She said shooing them all out of the room before walking out herself. I smiled and walked into the bathroom and changed into the outfit Chris had given to me.

The outfit consisted of black skinny jeans , and long-sleeved grey mickey mouse shirt , a beanie , and white high-top converse. I smiled and walked out of the bathroom where everyone was waiting in my room.

"Ready to go?"Louis asked me.

"Yes."I said with a grin. He smiled and grabbed my hand and we walked out of the hospital.

"You have no idea how glad I am that your awake."He said looking over at me. I smirked up at him.

"Oh really?"I asked him.

"Yes really. Its all my fault that you ended up in the hospital."He said and frowned. I shook my head at him.

"That's not true Louis , it wasn't your fault."I said to him. He sighed and shook his head.

"It is my fault. If I hadn't had gotten jealous , and than started that fight with Jake than you wouldn't have been hit with that car."He said his voice cracking at then.

"Awe Lou."I said before stopping him and wrapping him in a huge hug.

"Its not your fault Boo."I cooed.

"I love you okay?"I said to him.

"I love you to."He said picking me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and laid my head on his shoulder.

"Lets go home."He said walking to the car. He placed me in the passengers and I put on my seat belt before laying my head on the window. My eyes close and I fell asleep.

*Louis P.O.V.*

I smiled over at her sleeping figure and grabbed her hand lacing our fingers together. Time to go home. As I was driving I got a phone call from Liam.

"Hey Li."I said holding the phone up to my ear.

"Hey Lou. How did it go?"He asked me.

"It went great! Shes awake , and she remembered who I was."I said to him as I turned down a street.

"That's great Louis! I'm so happy for you mate!"Liam exclaimed. I laughed.

"Was that all you called for LiLi?"I asked him using his nickname.

"Oh no , that's not all , your package arrived."He said. I slammed down on the breaks. I looked over at Brook who was still sleeping and sighed in relief. I continued driving as I told Liam what to do.

"It did?Great! Um , could you wrap for me? Than put it under the tree at...Zayn and Deliana's house since we are celebrating at theirs."I said. We had to change our plans with the incident so now we are celebrating Christmas together at Zayn and Deliana's flat .

'Sure mate. What color wrappping?"He asked me as I heard him ruffling papers or wrapping paper around on the other line.

"Um light blue and silver."I said to him turning into a parking space.

"Okay! I'll have one of the girls wrap it."He said. I laughed at him and opened my door.

"Alright Li well I'm here so bye."I said hanging up. I closed my door and walked over to Brooklyn's side. I didn't want to wake her up so I just picked her up bridal style and closed her door.

I walked into the house and I was about to walk upstairs but I was stopped. I turned and saw Deliana standing there holding up a box wrapped in silver wrapping paper with light blue ribbon on it also.

"This good to your liking?"She asked me. I smiled at her and nodded.

"Yes its perfect. Thanks Deliana.."I said giving her a kiss on the cheek before turning towards the stairs and taking Brook up to my room and than setting her down.

"Night love."I said kissing her forehead before going to Harry's room and sleeping with him there.
