I start my day off like normal; I wash my face, brush my teeth, get dressed, brush my hair, and grab my bag. Once I'm in my car, I drive to Starbucks to get a coffee and bagel with cream cheese ( I honestly don't know if Starbucks has bagels and all that stuff, I've never had it in my life). I drive to my business, I'm a wedding planner. When I get inside I see Noah, he's my best friend even though we broke up, I planned his wedding to James Charles. (I know Noah isn't gay but this is just for the story) "Hey Dix, you've got a couple coming in at 11 o'clock to discuss a wedding" He tells me. Did I mention that he is my assistant as well? "Okay, thanks Noah. How are James and Liam doing?" I ask, Noah and James adopted Liam about a year after they were married and now Liam is two. "Their doing fine, Liam actually called James 'papa' and called me 'dada' yesterday" He answers with a big smile on his face. "Awww, that's amazing soon he'll be saying 'Hi Aunty Dix'" I laugh. "Yeah" He says. "Well I have to get working, I have 20 minutes till they come" I say looking at my phone. Damn, I woke up late. "Okay, I'll bring them in" He tells me. "Okay, see you soon" I say kissing his cheek and heading to my office.

(Her office, just imagine that there is two chairs on the other side) I tidy it up and make it look presentable whilst getting things ready to make a wedding board. Once I'm done I sit on my chair and go through my emails. I hear the door open but I continue to read my email, that is until I hear someone whisper, "Oh my god" Griffin. I look up and I am met by those astonishing jade coloured eyes, (I don't know what colour they are so let's just roll with that) I look next to him. Kelly Osbourne is with him with a smile on her face. "Uh... Come in, thank you Noah" I say, I see Noah mouth 'Are you okay' so I nod. Noah is the only person who knows I still love Griffin, even though it has been five years since we broke up, he leaves and we all sit down. "I'm Dixie D'Amelio," I say shaking hands with them, " although you may know me already". "I'm Kelly and this is Griffin, you guys were friends right?" She asks, I can tell by the grin on her face that she is playing a game. "Yes," I say, "anyway, let's get down to business. Would you like your wedding to be big or small?" "Big" Kelly says. "Small" Griffin says at the same time. "I thought we agreed on a small wedding" Griffin whispers. "Change of plans" She says. Wow, they are a great couple. "Okay, so a big wedding?" I ask. Kelly nods enthusiastically, whereas Griffin nods once. "When are you planning on getting married?" I ask. "In four months" Griffin answers. "I thought we agreed on two months" Kelly whispers angrily. "Change of plans" He says with a smirk. I smile a little than compose myself. I write this down on my laptop. "Where do you want it?" I ask. "Playa del Rey, you know, the beach" Kelly says. Griffin and I lock eyes for a couple of seconds, that is where we had our first official date. He nods once and I say, "Okay, how many bridesmaids and groomsmen are there?" "Six," Kelly answers, "Addison Rae, Avani Gregg, Charli D'Amelio, Nessa Barrett, Mads Lewis, and my mom are the bridesmaids, Bryce Hall, Anthony Reeves, Noah Beck, Josh Richards, Jaden Hossler, and Blake Gray are the groomsmen" She continues. I haven't seen these people since I quit social media which was at the end of 2021, well except for Charli, I see her and Chase at family dinners because they are married, but the last one was a couple of months ago, and of course Noah. I write it all down on the word document. "What about the flower girl and ring boy?" I ask. "Uh, can we get back to you on that?" Griffin asks. I look at him and smile, "Of course, there is no rush" I say blushing because he is grinning. "Okay, do you plan on having the reception there and the party somewhere else or do you want them both there?" I ask them. "We can have them there, right honey?" Kelly says putting her hand over Griffin's. He nods and I write it down. "Okay, how about in a week, you both meet me here and we can go dress shopping and look for a suit, bring the bridesmaids and groomsmen" I say. "Okay" Kelly says. We get up and Griffin stops me, I look back at him and find out we are really close so I step back. "Is there a restroom here" He asks. "Yeah, I'll show you" I say. We walk and I can't help but feel awkward with him, so I ask, "How have you been?" "Well, besides all the hate that has been going on since we broke up and getting started at or being called a cheater, I would say life has been amazing. What about you, any new fuck boys?" He says harshly. "No, and you weren't a fuck boy for me, Griffin. I love you" I say, wait what? "I mean I loved you" I add. "Whatever, I loved you too but even after years since our break up, I'm still the Media's punching bag" He says. "Okay, whatever. If I could go back in time, I would have never broke up with you" I say. "If I could go back in time, I would have never asked you to be my girlfriend, cause look at what has happened, I lost a friend, and I lost my love" He says. I look at him with tears running down my cheeks. He wipes them off and let's his hand rest on the crook of my neck. I start to lean in and so does he until he moves his hands and steps back. "I'm sorry. I'll just use the restroom and leave" He says. "Okay" I say, I stand there awkwardly, scratching my neck than I look up at him. I nod at him and walk away.
