"Mom! I'm home!" She yelled hoping her mother heard her.
"Oh, welcome back dear! Hope school's okay" she replied back running downstairs to go see her daughter.
She smiled once she saw the beaming daughter "What has gotten you so smiley lately? I wonder who?" Her mother said playfully.
Well, she knew very well "I hope he's doing good to you" her mom uttered as she helped her with her things.
"Oh, he better be or I'm gonna kick his balls" suddenly her father made an appearance.
Lisa laughed at her father's comment "Your funny dad, of course he is. In fact, he's been treating me like a fragile doll" she sassed.
Her father raised his eyebrows "I see, he's doing a great job. I can't bear with your cockiness about him, you must be really happy right now"
The girl chuckled "Dad! He took me to the movies earlier and ate some popcorn while watching a horror movie" she explained together with her hand gestures.
'You're doing great Jeon, you can spend more time with her' he thought.
"Oh really, that's why you're quite late tonight" he responded.
Lisa chuckled apologetically "That's fine as long as your happy" her dad assured her. She smiled at his response.
Lisa thought of something "Dad about what you mentioned last time, what was that about? The collaboration with a US company?" She asked, not sure if she got that right.
The father slightly widened his eyes "oh yeah, what 'bout it?" He asked back.
"It is a good opportunity since they were the ones who wanted to collaborate with your company, so did you accept it?" Lisa questioned.
His wife eyed the two talking about the topic that has been haunting her.
She can't accept the fact if they will possibly accept the great opportunity, they have to go to the US for it. But how could she let her daughter leave her happy pill?
One things for sure is that it will break the fragile doll's heart leaving her other piece behind.
If you ever thought...why not leave her behind in Korea?
Well, her parents can't afford to not see their daughter for about 10 months. Well, who wouldn't?
"...Yes, I accepted it" her father sighed.
Lisa smiled "why are you sighing? Thats great dad! You can be twice as rich as now!" She exclaimed while going away.
And with that, the lady went upstairs to her bedroom.
"Are you really sure about this hon?" Her mother broke the silence.
The father nodded "I already accepted it, so there's no turning back now" he replied as she held his wife's hand.
"I know this is gonna break her heart, I just can't handle her crying either" he added before hugging his lovely wife.
Meanwhile, the girl just finished taking her quick bath and immediately wore her pjs. Running towards her bag to get her phone, going to the balcony afterwards.
She let herself be seated at the comfortable chair placed in her balcony which was for personal reasons.
Obviously, she uses her balcony as her relax place where she can feel the cold breeze of the wind as her feet rested on the small table in front of the chair.
With some cup of tea brought by the maid coming from her orders and some cupcakes also.
Cold wind made her hair flew flawlessly as her face felt the satisfaction of the wind. Suddenly, a falling snowflake fell on her small nose.
"Snowflake? It's snowing?" She asked herself.
Asking for confirmation, she stood up from her seat and walked closer to the glass railings, but not literally railings.
And it really was... snowing. She never really believe it would snow just now, it's early in December. In fact, it's already December.
Time sure flew fast, "it's really snowing, how surprising" Lisa uttered.
As more snowflakes fell from the sky, Lisa didn't waste any time to go downstairs to check it out.
She ran through the hallways wearing her reserved coat for the unexpected weather. "Ms. Lisa where are you going?" One of the maids asked.
Lisa smiled "Don't worry I won't go anywhere far, I'll just go check out the snow"
The maid smiled sweetly "she never changed" the headmaid interrupted the other co worker.
"She would never" the maid replied.
Lisa ran down the stairs as fast as she can carefully preventing herself to fall and get all bruised.
The loud noises made her mom immediately ran out of their master bedroom to see who's causing so much noises.
"What's wrong Lisa?" She asked as soon as she saw her daughter running towards the front door.
"Just checking out the snow mom!" She accidentally yelled louder than she expected which made the mother flinch a little.
"W-what's ALL THE RUCKUS!?" her father exclaimed while sprinting towards her wife.
Her mother looked at his husband "Relax honey, it's just Lisa running for snow" she replied while leaning her back towards the door.
Her mother smiled "snow...snow always makes her enthusiastic" she commented while going inside their room.
"It's snowing?" Her husband asked stupidly, her wife just pulled him by the hand and made him go back to sleep.
