CH4 : i c e c r e a m

𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙊𝘽𝘼𝙉

We arrived at the ice cream shop, ever since he said that, everything was awkward between us.

I was so lost on staring at him, I didn't even notice I was being a complete bitch. What am I going to do now?!?! I stared at him! And he noticed!

AND I BLUSHED!?! WHY DID I FUCKING BLUSH?!

I am waiting for him to order some ice cream, he suggested so I won't tolerate to that.

After 6 minutes of my heavy thoughts, he came back holding a vanilla and choco swirl ice cream cone, and I big cup of Cookies 'n Cream.

I eyed on the cup salivating, "Gimme, gimme, gimme!" I snatched the cup and tasted it.

I closed my eyes savoring my ice cream, making all this 'yum' sounds, I shut my eyes, I felt like I was floating in the air, I was in heaven. I snapped out of my thoughts, I felt him staring at me.

I shouldn't be like this in front of him, I should be bitchy. I fixed my self and resting my two elbows on the table, my cup on the left, spoon on the other.

"What are you staring at?" I said in a bitchy tone,

He chuckled, "The duality"

"I can be cute, and a bitch in a millisecond" i replied whilst eating my ice cream.

"sure . . ." He simply stated.

I continued eating my ice cream, after 30 seconds of silence i spoke, "you know Jeon Jungkook, Thanks to you it's pretty awkward now"

He moved his gazed on me, "why? It isn't awkward, we're just quite"

"If you say so"
"Oh and by the way thanks for saving me earlier" I added almost in a whisper.

He giggled, "Yeah, no prob" he answered. "It suits you calling me by my full name" he smiled.

We talked about random things, laugh, and ate our ice cream.

We became comfortable to each other, not as comfortable as much but I feel like we became close yet being jerks to each other.

After eating we went out of the shop and walked at the nearest park, actually our feet led us we didn't really know why but yeah . . . -_-

We saw a bench nearby and slowly sat down looking at the clear lucid night sky.

Both of us just enjoyed the peace and quiet, not minding our business . . .

Then I felt the cold breeze brushed on my bare shoulders, great . . . I was wearing off-shoulders.

I shivered and shut my eyes my hands clasped together feeling the cold wind.

"Are you cold?" He asked worried,

"Uh, no I'm o-" before I could say 'okay' he took of his jacket he grabbed earlier at the parking lot and made me wear it.

He went behind me, pushed my hair beside as he touched my shoulder while putting the jacket on me.

I stretched my arms as his jacket slides through my skin.

He went back to seat besides me, "um, thank you" i said almost in a whisper.

"It's okay" he said as he put his arms around the back of the bench.

I was surprisingly okay with it, I was comfortable for some reason as I leaned back and I slowly rested my head on his shoulder . . .

Then we just stayed like that for almost like 10 mins.

Suddenly we heard a ding on our phones, at the same time . . .

It was our moms texting us to go home, we looked at each other and chuckled lightly.

We didn't know we were gone for almost 2 hours, we went to his car and drove me home, the ride was comfortable, talked about little things, and teasing.

Now we arrived at the mansion as his car enters the big gate,

"Your house is huge," he said while driving inside, I could only chuckle.

I grabbed my things and went outside the car, i stepped on the solid ground but before that I turned to see Jungkook smiling.

I suddenly feel like my cheeks are hot, like red hot "thanks for earlier" I sheepishly said.

"no prob, we could do it often" he said with his smirk, I rolled my eyes "sure" I scoffed, we bade goodbye and he drove off.

I turned my heel only to see mom grinning widely standing beside the opened entrance door,

"So... anything happened?" My cheeks completely tinted red as I stiffened remembering what he said at his car . . .

"Stop looking at me, you'll melt"

Those words were stuck in my head, how I really blushed in front of him.

I didn't notice mom was already standing in front of me waving her hands, as I was completely zoned out.

"Something really happened" she responded grinning even more wider, I snapped out.

Mom walked inside the house, she left me outside stiff as a statue.

Mom really does want me to have one right now, I sighed and slowly walked towards the entrance.
