You watched as the boys started playing, your eyes still locked onto Shirabu. You watched as he set the ball his teammates, keeping a blank face. He ran back and forth going to the ball, receiving it, and blocking. Just as volleyball did for you as a kid, you were mesmerized. Mesmerized by the team's movements. You shake your head clear knowing you'd have to be on Earth in case a stray ball came your way.

It felt like the game had started only a few minutes ago, but the first practice round was over. You watch as the team shakes hands, the boy Sakusa obviously hating it. You stand up dusting off your lap and getting the water cooler. You pull out a few bottles and head over to the boys who were already coming your way. The teacher advisor grabbed some more bottles and came from behind you.

The two of you started to hand them out. You were careful to not touch any of the boy's hands; you had a gut feeling that if you did something would go wrong.

"Y/N! Did you see my awesome spike there at the end??"

Goshiki smiled widely when you looked over to him. You nodded and ran over to where the boy was standing.

"I did! It was so cool! Also here take some water, it's cold from the cooler."

You hand the boy the water and start to talk about how he did during the match. You had nothing but praise to say to him, even if they were all lies. You didn't really pay attention to your new friend. You had paid way more attention to the stoic Shirabu, but you didn't want to break Goshiki's heart. Despite lying to him the two of you endlessly chatted about the match during the small break. But soon enough, it was time for a second practice match and you were ready to watch again.

You look outside and see it getting dark, there had been three practice matches, a fourth happening right now. You start to pack up the equipment that was not in use, moving it all to the storage closest. You still kept your eyes on the game, watching the opposite team serve. You take your eyes off the game and open the storage closet pushing a cart of volleyballs in, you look around the closet confused.

I was told to get a mop, but where do they keep the mops... You look around in the dimly lit room wondering where the mops were kept. Bam! You hear a ball hit somewhere near you, and then you hear mops fall.

"Sorry guys!"

You hear someone call, you walk over to where the sound of fallen mops had been and kicked around look for the ball. You hit something, the ball, it bounced off the wall and hit your other ankle making more noise with the mops.

You lock your gaze on the ground and objects around you. You slowly make your way out of the storage closet making sure not to hit anything with the mops. Finally, you reached the exit, you unlock your gaze, and look to your right.

You let out a high-pitched yelp dropping the ball and mops. Tuning in to the surroundings you hear laughing coming from the court and benches. You look over and see most of the boys laughing at your little scare, you look back up to whoever scared you. In front of you was the ace of Itachiyama Institute. He was one of the few people, maybe the only one(other than you), that wasn't laughing at your scare.

"I-i'm sorry! I didn't e-expect anyone to be there."

You laugh nervously your gazing turning to the ball that was currently running away from the two of you. The boy didn't say anything and you didn't return any words, you only got more and more uncomfortable. Before you could open your mouth he spoke quietly, almost in a whispered voice.

"It's alright."

The boy turned without another word and jogged over to the ball picking it up and continuing to jog back to the game. You sat there in wonder but shook it off and picked up your mops placing them to the side. You walk back over to the benches watching as the game wraps up.

The coach yells something about cleaning up and you go right to the net to take it down. You watch as the teacher advisor takes down the antenna and goes to take down the second. You jump up and grab the knot from earlier, slipping your fingers through the knots and letting it loose.

You run the other side of the net, jumping up and unknotting the looped ropes on that end as well. You rushed back to the other side to loosen the net, but the crank was tied on too tight. You looked around for someone to help and see most of the boys heading into the changing rooms.

(Writer's block really got me this time-)

You look in the opposite direction to see yet again, no one. With a sigh, you start to pull the crank as much as you can, but just like your brother, you had no muscle at all. Not to mention as an omega you were naturally weak. You sigh falling down onto the ground watching as the teachers and coaches continued to clean up other things.

(Aye yeah I'm going to end this chapter here and figure shit out later. I'm failing two classes and my semester just ended. I really need to get my grade up so yeah :>)
