So fun fact~ I can start uploading again! But I still have a lot of school work to catch up on. And a not-so-fun fact, my Chromebook(school-owned) banned a bunch of websites including Wattpad so I have very little time to actually write. But I'll start writing on Google docs and just upload the chapter when I use my personal computer :) Also, I'll be publishing another chapter later, and I say will because I will. You'll see why.

The days passed by quickly, and by quickly you mean it was almost your birthday. Tomorrow you turned 16, and then you'd need to fear getting your first heat. You groan rolling on the floor in front of Satori.

"Y/N, strawberry, get off the fucking floor, you're going to break something."

"But I'm bored~ there's nothing to do~" You pout sitting up, your back now covered in various hairs and dirt. You struggle to dust off your back while standing up tripping around the room. Your brother watches while laughing so hard he ended up on the floor too. You finally stop suffering and pull your brother off the floor before getting smacked on top of the head.

"Hey what was that for!"

"You looked like you needed some sense knocked into! You're turning 16 tomorrow, you need to start being mature!"

"You ain't mature so why do I have to?"

You walked out of the room and into the kitchen, rubbing the back of your head. You reach and grabbed some crackers from the bottom shelf before Satori came into the room as well. He walked by your side and grabbed his chocolate collection that was always kept outside of your reach.

You sit at the table you had and eat crackers right from the box, watching as your brother sits on the counter while eating his chocolates.

"So what do you want to do tomorrow, Y/N?"

"I don't know. Don't you have volleyball though?"

"No that's the day after the day after tomorrow."

"...what?"

"You know, the day after the day after your birthday."

"Sure." You shrug not really knowing what he meant. "I guess I just want to relax, maybe go to that new bakery opening."

"Oh! I heard it was really good!"

You nod while listening to your brother go on and on about food and different cafes in the area. You butted in a few times, and overall it was an interesting conversation. Around half an hour later, you were getting bored listening. You throw a cracker at your brother, to which he catches it in his mouth before coughing it right back out and into your trash-bin.

There was a stunned silence before the both of your burst out into laughter, it wasn't even that funny, Satori toppling off the counter while clutching his stomach. Ushijima walked into the room, seeing Satori on the floor and you almost off your chair. The boy smiled, his heartwarming up to see you both not arguing.

The ace walked past the two of you and went right for his own snacks, before looking at his feet to see Satori with tears at the corner of his eyes. "U-Ushijima- I-i can't go on-" The boy nodded crouching down and kissing the top of your brother's head before taking a leg out of reach from Satori. You tried to grab onto something that Ushijima was holding, but ended up falling making the two of you laugh harder.

You two laughed at each other's suffering and at nothing for the next minute or two before you got up knowing you'd need to clean up the snacks you spilled. You feel Satori pull you back and strike a heroic pose before pointing up and speaking in a southern accent.

(I honestly just want to hear Tendou imitate accents)"Don't worry m'lady! Your brother will clean dis up!"

You burst into a loud laughter-fit again while your brother struggles to clean up the snacks while laughing.

A bit of time had passed, and you found yourself in your bedroom with a box of cereal. You lifted your hand out of the box and slowly let the flakes fall into your mouth. You let out a small laugh hearing your favorite character say a stupid line. Despite hearing it many times before you still found it hilarious. There was a knock on your door and you paused your laptop. "Come in." You answered with a mouth full of cereal still.

The door opened slowly and there was Ushijima. You quickly swallow your bunch of cereal and nod for him to sit on the foot of your bed. "What's up, Beef Balls?" You snicker at the nickname that was given to Ushijima from a different team.

He sighed before speaking, "I know you don't know, but what do you want for your birthday?" You thought for a moment before responding with a shrug. "Thought so, what about anything to prepare for your first heat?" This question stumped you for a moment.

"Uhmmm, I don't know... maybe a Uhm... what do you even do during a heat??" You flop onto your back with a confused groan.

"Well, I don't know if Satori would like me telling you."

"Then tell me, he's stumping my growth by being protective, I tell you!"

"Fair enough, I can only speak for myself though."

"Speak from the heart, dude. Omega to omega conversation, most things that happened to you will happen to me so why not know about them now."

"True. Well, when I had my first heat, my parents provided me a lot of, toys." His tone dropped and you laughed at his sudden embarrassment.

"Sex toy's aye? Make sure mine are sparkly like my." You held up your arms and did jazz hands in his face, "Sparkly, get like my personality." You exaggerated every syllable making the bigger omega laugh.

"Well yeah, another thing was food and dolls, both I hoarded and you probably will too."

"I want F/F(favorite food)." You deadpanned and let Ushijima continue his sentence.

"This may seem weird to say, but we can't have Shirabu or Satori near you during it."

"What?!" You bolted back into a sitting position, "Why?! They're like, my two of my favorite people!"

"Y/N, they're alphas... and when an Alpha is near an Omega during their heat, especially their first one, they can barely control themselves. You should try to understand."

"But Satori has a mate? And he's my brother!"

"Well yes, but... It's, hard to explain, I guess it's just an alpha's instincts to try and impregnate an omega during a heat. It's weird, they can't control themselves-"

"Kind of like men." You spit out, cutting him off, and fall back onto your bed.

"I'm a man you know." Ushijima sighed and continued. "But that's why Satori says to go to him during your first heat. Not to rape you of course, but rather have me help you through it." You simply nod to him, the only thing you really wanted all the time was to see Shirabu.

"Welp, thanks Ushijima." You adjust into your seat back to where you were before he came in. He took that as a sign to leave and did so. Slowly, you felt yourself start to drift off to sleep, hopefully, tomorrow, you'd wake up as a 16-year-old.
